AAA released its 2008 list of Five-Diamond Award winners (the travel organization’s highest rating). Establishments are judged on decor, ambience, service, cleanliness and in the case of restaurants, quality of food. According to AAA, only 93 hotels and 58 restaurants were awarded Five-Diamond status in 2008. Here's the best of Las Vegas.
