I did not know that there was a Spa at JW Marriott on the same property as the Rampart Hotel existed. I received a gift certificate to this spa. I felt like I was on a vacation away from Vegas. The spa is so beautiful and relaxing. All the people from the front desk to the spa attendant to the massage therapist were so genuinly friendly. The massage therapist was exceptional I felt like I was floating when I came out of the massage. GREAT MASSAGE! BEST MASSAGE EVER! THANK YOU SANDRA! I WILL BE BACK!

I wrote a review of this spa a month ago, and it is suddenly GONE! And so was my whole profile. I find this a little fishy. Obviously, I will not go into as much detail as it was sadly a waste of my time. But this was the spa we went to for wedding preparations and they did not do one thing right! I was the maid of honor, and it was my best friend getting married. She went in and spent $85 a week before to do trial make-up. Would you believe that (1) they used shimmery eye colors (a no-no for professional photography) and then did not even write down the colors they used?!?!?! How were they going to remember on the day of? She also did trial hair - lets just say - DON'T GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE! I'll just say 2 words - FRENCH TWIST. The staff is rude, they keep the temperature extrememely low (bring a sweatshirt - or two) We also got our nails done here. My tech was clearly hungover and i left with polish around the nail bed. These are just a very few of the mistakes and blunders that led to a very expensive and lackluster experience. Oh, one other thing to mention - They thought I was the bride....how do you not know which is the bride???? How about the one with the cute rhinestone "bride" tank on????
Pros: They are inside the JW Marriott
Cons: the temperature and the attitudes of the staff are freezing, too pricey, etc...

I was recently in Las Vegas for a friends wedding. This spa was the worst spa experience any of us in the wedding party had ever had. The bride had went in and paid for a pre-wedding consult for make-up. First, they used shimmery colors - the no. 1 no-no for wedding or special event make-up. It looks awful in pictures. Then they did not even write down any of the info from the trial run. How unprofessional? Then on the weekend of the wedding, they messed up our nail and hair appointments several times. The manicure and pedicure were awful considering the amount of money it was. I had polish on the skin around the nail! Then on the day of, myself and the other bridesmaids went to get our hair done and the suggestion I got was a french twist! A french twist?!?!?!?! Didn't people stop doing those 20 years ago? For $100 they will curl your hair and put it half up. One bridesmaid expressed displeasure because it looked as if she had a football on her head. The response from the stylist (if thats what you want to call her) was immature and unprofessional. She stormed off refusing to fix it. She did finally come back and made it slightly better, but we ended up redoing her hair later. And we still paid for it. Oh and they automatically add gratuity, so you have no say in the amount. Isn't a tip determined on how good the service was? On top of all of this, they thought I was the bride (how do you not know which person is the bride?) and the salon & spa were so cold we had to buy sweatshirts! The boutique is tacky and not put together well. I could go on and on...
Pros: This place makes massage envy & fantastic sams look good.
Cons: cold - the air & the staff. awful service & over priced

It's clean, yet wholistic- waterfall showers, not rain showers, WATERFALL showers are amazing. The prices are reasonable $150 for a 90 minute massage- a VERY comfortable environment and you can always get in last minute, never over crowded or completely booked.
Pros: Waterfall Showers, Professionalism, Availblity
Cons: I have a hard time getting a massage anywhere else

I newly relocated to the Summerlin area and was looking for a place to get my hair done..I had light blonde highlights over light brown hair, and wanted go to all blonde which I have done countless times in the past. ..SO I made and appointment for color and cut which was suppose to run around 125 plus tip I got to the salon checked in and it seemed like I found a nice place to get my hair done. During the "consultation" the sylist stated she may not be able to get it exactly how I wanted it so I said ok just please make sure my roots DO NOT TURN ORANGE and the response was "that should not happen, but we will have to use 2 different colors to acheive what you want. After application of the dye she then notified me that there will be an extra charge for the 2 colors and toner.. Fast foward to rinse/cut/style everythign looked good I then went to check out and was given a check for 230 DOLLARS ..a little more than I expected, but I paid and left. 2 days passed and my boyfriend came home from work one night and asked if I noticed the orange stripe down the middle of my head (OF COURSE I HAD, but I thought maybe it isn't as bad as I think..well he never notices ANYTHING!) So I made a trip back to the salon and the manager kindly refunded my money (didn't expect that, I just wanted it fixed) and a new appointment. Went to the neww appointment and they decided that zonal highlights should fix it...I'm convinced it was just a ploy and they put a placebo on my hair because it looks horrible and like nothing changed..oh and she said that she didn't want to use toner because the ends might soak it up too much WELL could it have not been place on the hair that was just supposedly fixed? I now have orange roots and what may pass for blonde highlight on top of toned hair! The best part about this is I have a wedding to be in next week and have no idea what I'm going to do..I don't want to keep putting it through processing. I HOPE THIS KEEPS ANOTHER FORM THE SAME MISTAKE!

I have indulged in this spa several times when in Vegas. I love the full body treatments esp. the Tea tree special that involves a full body scrub, wrap and massage. Highly recommend Coty, he is the one I always ask for, he has had many years experience and is very professional. I love spending time at the pools and having lunch with friends while spa'ing! Great experience! Highly recommend! Don't forget to pick up some Godiva Chocolates from the store in their Casino to take to the spa with you! So fun!
Pros: Love this place, Can't wait to go back
Cons: They aren't located in Albuquerque!

I have visited several spas on the strip and have found that the Aquae Sullis Spa at the JW Marriott Hotel on Rampart Blvd., is truly the best. The enviornment, staff and fracility are first rate. I have never had a better more relaxing massage, and the skin treatments are excellent. Unlike strip spas, it is not overcrowded and difficult to book a treatment. An added perk is the use of a fully equipped gym, and salon at your disposal while you're there. The prices for treatments are comparable, but the service far exceeds the spas on the strip. My vote goes to Aquae Sullis for the best spa in Vegas
Pros: away from strip, not overcrowded, easy to get an appt
Cons: none
