Good doc, staff needs an attitude adjustment

I like Dr. Barton his staff however, is another matter. I left a detailed phone message regarding an important matter that was never returned. This is NOT the first time this has happened! He really tries to please his patients but, I don't appreciate the cavelier attitude of his nurse. She can be quite curt which I find inappropriate behavior for a staff member.
