well i recently got my hair done there i got some color and it turned out really bad its really orange and when i left the person that did my hair didn't even put the toner on my hair. afterwards i spoke to the manager and they wouldnt give me a refund . so i basically had to pay for my hair to get ruined. i dont think thats fair. im so mad .
Pros: they werent rude
Cons: they make you wait too long even if u have an appointment

I treated two good friends to a spa package - facial/manicure/pedicure, as a birthday surprise. I called to schedule the appointment and was assisted by Adam, the king of customer service! Well, it only got better from there. After my friends left the spa they couldn't stop ranting and raving about what an awesome experience it was, how terrific everyone was, how great they felt, how much fun they had and how fantastic the whole thing was. They were both trying to talk at the same time to tell about who took care of them and how great each one treated them. So sweet and friendly just like a group of old friends getting together. They had barely left and were talking about wanting to go back again! I can't thank Adam and the wonderful staff at Canyon Falls Spa enough, for being so wonderful. I just scheduled another friend and this time I'm going too!! :)
Pros: Customer service at it's very best, beautiful/relaxing and welcoming environment

I have curly hair, and it's hard for me to find a good stylist. Every time I get a haircut, I'm always disappointed. I got my hair cut by Freeda yesterday, and I am absolutely thrilled wtih the results. I will definitely be going back to see her.
Pros: Great sylist, good price, parking
Cons: None!

the service and skills are excellent very knowlegable and up tp date staff you can get all services at one place! best salon expierence ever

Althought the name isn't very original, the results will make up completely for it. The people are great, the styles and techniques are up to date. All in all, it's a great place to go for hair, waxing, nail, and other things!
Pros: Affordable, Up to date, Laid back
