What a deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best service at a low price. The market in Vegas is horrible and everyone wanted to charge me 6%. Candice Morrow with Discount Realty charged only a flat fee!! $295 upfront to list and $1,695 at Close of escrow. I was able to price my home lower because I didn't have to give a listing agent thousands of dollars. MY HOME SOLD IN THIS TERRIBLE MARKET THANKS TO NOT HAVING TO PAY A HIGH FEE TO MY LISTING AGENT. Oh and Candice handled all the paperwork and negoitiations. I did nothing but sign my closing paperwork.
