Not the usual Car Dealership

We found Chapman Dodge on the Internet and were impressed with their reasonable Internet prices. Several vehicles caught our attention so we made visit.

We were greeted by Woody, and Internet salesman, who then introduced us to Sam. Sam was polite and eager to help us find the vehicle that would suite our needs. He was helpful, not pushy like most salesman.

We narrowed our search to three cars and test drove each one. Sam was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We made our choice and negotiated a few extras.

All tat was left was the paperwork which was pain-free thanks to Izaak. He went out of his way to make sure we had the best finance rate and ensured the accuracy of our contract.

Buying a car these days is usually less than pleasant, but our experience was very enjoyable. I highly recommend checking out Chapman for buying your next vehicle.

Dont be a victim

Lots of lemons for sale and do not trust them when they service your vehicle or you will end up like I did and need a tow truck to take it to a different dealership. I had the best warrenty on a new car that you can buy and they still managed to screw me over and the owner or manager never even tried to make it right. The worst service I have had in 60 years of living.

Worst Place to Buy Your Auto with even Worst sales Person Gin

Do not deal with this Place , specially Person By name Gin Who claims to be a sales Manager.

First they will sell You the car and then once you Bought the car they will demand thousands of dollars more as a down payment and threaten you , this particular person "GIN" IS VERY VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL HAS NOT EVEN 1% OF PROFESSIONAL TALENTS TO BE IN SALES TEAM OF CHAPMAN DODGE.BEWARE.

• Cons: GIN AS A TEAM MEMBER OF CHAPMAN DODGE.ONE DAY HE WILL LEAD CHAPMAN DODGE TO DISASTER
