BLOODY SHEETS & VALET DAMAGES CAR & REFUSES LIABILITY. I have stayed in just about every hotel in Vegas and this by far was the worst and I stayed in some pretty nasty hotels around the outskirts of Vegas when I was younger. Coming in from a late night out at the clubs all you want to do is get some sleep, however Luxor makes it impossible to do so when you are presented with a room that looked liked someone got MURDERED in it! When I pulled up my covers to get some much needed sleep I was presented with a few blood stains on the sheets themseleves. Apoun further inspection there was blood on the carpet as well. Even if the hotel did change their unclean sheets there was enough blood on the bed to soak thru the sheets itself. It was extrememly disgusting and violates a bunch of health and saftey standards! After risking potentially caughting an STD or some other sercious diease when getting my car from valet they put very noticiable dents in my car and refuses to pay or claim any liability for damages when car never left valet hands!

SO you want to stay here---think again. Recently I stayed there between Feb 28 to Mar 1, 2011. Here is a list of things which happened with me- 1. I was booked for King bed room (I paid extra for this) but when i reached I was offered Queen bedroom.

2. The hotel needs renovation.

3.There is no fridge inside the rooms. If u want one u have to rent 20$ per day. No coffee machines in side room.

4. There is a hidden charge which u realize when u check in that there is hotel development and internet fees whether u use or not.

5. There was promotion going on that time and the concierge is so adamant in selling us those promotions. Never seen so pushy people in a hotel even I am insisting that I need to rest first after a long drive, they dont care they just want to sell you the product.

6.There was not even a bottle of water or glass to drink water. Thank God I had some bottles with us.

Check in was a breeze.. Check in was a breeze. When we got to our room, we found it to be clean, put together well, and in decent shape. While the decor is showing it's age, the room was clean and large. Beds were comfortable. The bathrooms have obviously been updated with granite counter tops, new shower stalls with tile, and an overall good look. For the price I paid for a room, I felt it was a good value. I would stay there again.

it was relaxing. Good service. Nice Security. Comfortable rooms. Most important , at least to me, while it was full, it was relaxing and peaceful, even in the casino.

Luxor is an excellent hotel. I have just returned from a 5 day stay in Las Vegas, our hotel was The Luxor .... I was in a party of 13 friends/family ....... where do I start - the holiday itself was amazing, LasVegas is a place that everyone should try and visit, it really has to be seen to be believed....our Hotel as I said was The Luxor - it was a beautiful hotel, very very very clean, the staff were excellent, very kind, attentive and courteous, the Casino was great and the food in the 'Cafe' was delicious, so all in all the Luxor is an excellent hotel, it has the whole package and I know that we all hpe to make a return visit in the not so distant future - 10 out of 10 for the Luxor - luv it

The location of the hotel was fine. The location of the hotel was fine as far as we were concerned situated at one end of the strip but as we enjoy walking around then it wasn't an issue

My husband and I got married at the Luxor chapel. My husband and I got married at the Luxor chapel and had a 4nt stay in the Spa Suite. The room was spotlessly clean and the maid (Mary) was wonderful. If we bumped into her, she always had time for a little chat and she made sure that the room was as well prepared as it was at check in time. The check in staff were wonderful. My sister had her room upgrade after the shower leaked as a way of apology. She was very impressed.

GREAT STAY. I loved my stay at the Luxor.....like any hotel on the strip it had its own good and bad points. the good ones are.....spa suites to relax in after a long day or nite on the town...plenty of room for two. found many visitors jealous i had my own spa. the bed and bath toiletries were very nice. The rooms are large..the beds are comfy and rooms are fairly clean compared to other hotels i saw. maids respected do not disturb signs. and was pleased they checked my key when i came in and found them cleaning a nice security measure. Poolside was great...and enjoyed my downtime and the music they played. check in took awhile but check out was fast and the staff was friendly and accomidating. easy access to excalibur via sky walks and trams. Chris Angels bikes and cars were cool to see and I loved the Egyptian theme. bell hops were freindly and quick in getting my bags for check out and patiently watched them until i was curbside. very much appreciated.
