Never again

Ok rented from the company a few times. 1st time I thought the customer service needed some MAJOR help. Let it go. 2nd time rented from them had a problem with a Boom Lift. Called For service took them 7 hours to come out and look at the issue. Another 2 hours waiting to hear from them. Next day the Owners son and another employee was sent back. Took 2 hours more to fix the problem. Gosh he smelled. From what? Nothing Legal. Where is O.S.H.A? I know I am not the only person that has this problem I know of 6 other companys!
