I eat at the Rainbow location.... Incredible always. If you like true BBQ, eat here. The King, the pulled pork sandwich, is the best item followed closely by the baby backs...

i ABSOLUTELY love this place! It has not only great food but the service is fantastic. My favorite would have to be the mac & cheese and the ribs. This place is just awesome! Great caterers too!
Pros: 2 thumbs up!
Cons: none

I thought the food is great. My wife and I have been here several times. When we went the place was nice and busy and we still recieved our food in a timely manner. The one thing that I think can change is the temperature of the resturant. It was a little colder to my liking which also made the food a little cold. Other than that the food is great. I would HIGHLY recommend the sweet apple tea. It is soo great AND they will let you get it to go. I had the smokey beef brisket as well did my wife and I also had the beef ribs. My daughter (20 months) loved my beef ribs. I think she will want to return many times in the future. Great food, great service, and great resturant!
Pros: great tasting smokey flavor
Cons: none

ABSOLUTLY TERRIBLE! the worst BBQ in Las Vegas perhaps the entire WEST COAST! DRY overcooked COLD ribs, the sauce was aweful , fried dill pickels were terrible!!!! The waitress had a very bad attitude, food took forever almost 2 hrs and she wondered why she got NO tip!. The place was a ghost town and now we know why. Highly overpriced for the little bit you get, i hope you read this and take HEED! i recommend Famous Daves BBQ off Rainbow and lake mead blvd. or Lucilles off warm springs or SALT LICK in the RED ROCK casino! Memphis gives BBQ a very bad name no wonder they already closed 1 down.
Pros: Got seated fast
Cons: Everything else!! horrible food and service!

This used to be the big boy on the block for Barbecue in Vegas but after Lucille's opened, it just can't compare. The food quality isn't what it used to be. The good thing is the restaurant is never crowded because nobody eats here anymore! Save your money. This is a dying place (one has already closed)!
Pros: Nev

Visited this restaurant 3-18-06. What a wonderful meal. Had a sampler plate (pork and beef ribs, hot links). My bf had the bbq chicken. The table became very quiet once the food arrived. The bbq was fantastic! The baked beans, mac&cheese, corn muffins, cream corn we had as sides were mouth watering. The cream corn was down home and so yummy, all complimenting the food perfectly. It is the right place for bbq, and that is that. I live in LA and haven't found a place that rivals this Vegas bbq experience, so I have made it a tradition to stop here when in Vegas. Fair price for portions too.
Pros: Fair value for $, Friendly service, Clean bathrooms
Cons: None for me

If you're looking for some great food, terrific service, and value for your dollar then this is your place. The food is outstanding (try the King sandwich) and you'll get your food rather quickly. The service is nice and they really take care of you. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food. I'd recommend this place to everyone!
Pros: Good food, Inexpensive

Here is my review of Memphis Championship BBQ. It is by far the best bar-b-que I have ever had. My family and I eat there all the time. My kids love their bbq shredded pork sandwiches, and their seasoned fries. My husband loves the chicken strips and I love all the food. The staff is extremely friendly and the resturaunt is fantastic. We go to the one out on Las Vegas Blvd. across the street from the main gate of Nellis AirForce Base. The building was just expanded as well as the parking lot. In my opinion Memphis BBQ is better than Tony Romas, Applebees, Red Apple Grill or any other BBQ place in the U.S. Their vinegar based Bar-Be-Que sauce is to die for. If you have never been, your missing alot.
Pros: excellent food, outstanding service, friendly staff
