i was reading an article written by j castro regarding diamond laundromat it is unbelievable.this is the cleanest and the most friendly place i have ever been to.i would really ro see this guy in person and talk to him

I have been going to this laundromat for years and it has always been wonderful...that is until about 2 weeks ago, there is a new person there who I think is the owner. Him and his wife are there when I come in and they are not as friendly as the people who usedto work there. They bring a dog to work with them and then get upset when the kids want to see it! If you dont want the kids bothering you about the dog then leave it at home! Also they do not keep the place as clean as it used to be either. I am looking for another laundromat that actually cares about the customers not like this one anymore.....I miss the old owner, he was always nice and helpful.....I wish he would come back.... Pros: Nice decorations (the old owner left his pictures there)
Cons: The new owners....not very friendly

This is the cleanest laundromat that I have ever been to, the people there are great the atmosphere is wonderful. There is music always on to listen to while you do your laundry, I tell all my friends to go there....located on Nellis at Stewart!! this one gets a big 10!
Pros: Excellent customer service and cleanest laundromat that I have ever been in!
Cons: NONE!!!
