This is a small shop compared to their other locations in Las Vegas, but they do good work here. I took my car to another shop who told me that my brakes were metal to metal and needed a ton of work, but at Brake Masters, they told me the truth and didn't try to oversell me. I didn't need half the stuff the other place said I did. If you are looking for an honest business, this is it! (Hard to find that in Las Vegas).

My tire blew out so I had my car towed to Brake Masters on Craig. I informed them that all the brake dust flew out when it blew, hoping they would make sure to check the brakes. They put the spare on, but now my brakes will not stop squealing, probably from all the brake dust that flew out (they've never squealed before).

I felt that this company was very good. They were fast and dependable, and what is great, there are no appointments needed. I just walked right in.
Pros: no lines, timely manner, customer service
Cons: small waiting area
