My company flies everyone out there for conventions. Boy was this hotel/resort nice or what? I was blown away by the room and the fact that the little things I need to bring but could not fit in my suite case the room accomodated. Items such as a bath robe, printer, fax and copier. I like the fact that it feels like a little city inside the hotel. That's how big it is. Don't be intimidated by the size of the hotel it practically holds everything in it you need like shops, resturants, casino, spa, work out facility, meeting facilitieeeeeess and more meeting facilitessss. I mean I stayed at nice hotels before but never nothing this nice. If you go to Las Vegas please enjoy live it up that's what it's here for so you can enjoy. Live like a king for a day or a queen that's what I say.
Pros: LUXURY, FUN
Cons: Confusing layout, may get lost

I love this hotel the rooms are great and the restaurants are awesome. I like to dine at Pinot it's not as crowded as Bouchon and I think just as good and not as busy. I like to play poker and I usually get the poker rate which is a great deal. You need to ask about specifics because one time I had to pay $1000. a night because room rate didn't qualify because of rules.
Pros: Great hotel, Rooms are very nice
Cons: none except spending money.........

My husband and I stayed at the Venetian for six days. We found our room very comfortable. The maid service was perfect. We stayed there during a major "fight match", however we checked in on a Tuesday and checked out on Monday and had few problems. However we noticed that Wednesday through Saturday, checking in for new people arriving had to stand in line for a long time. We ate at the buffet which was just so so, also ate at Emeril's steak restraurant called Delmonico's and found it expensive, and just so so. We did eat at the Winn's Steak House the SW, and it was outstanding and worth the 5 star price. Definitely see the Beatles "Love Circe de Solei" It was fabulous. "Spamalot was okay if you are big Monte Python Fans. It was a bit humorous the actors were fabulous but the writing could have been better. All in all our stay at the Venetian was wonderful. The Bakery in the canal shop area was great. Great coffee and wonderful pasteries .

The Venetian is a great Las Vegas hotel! It is on the Strip, so it is within walking distance of all the Vegas hotspots. The man-made canals, gondolas, "street" performers, and Italian-style buildings are kitchy but cute and definitely make for a memorable vacation. The Canal Street shops are awesome, with lots of high-end labels, unique products, and designers - you can find everything from Jimmy Choo shoes to Brookstone to Sephora here! There are also tons of "sidewalk" cafes, coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants, including Tao, a delicious sushi upscale restaurant and nightclub. The 4th floor pool is beautiful - there are comfortable padded chaises, a pool with halfway-submerged lounge chairs for sunbathing in the water, and servers sometimes come out with complimentary fresh orange wedges or ice water. A Wolfgang Puck restaurant is poolside, so you can eat chinese chicken salad, fresh turkey sandwiches, or hot and gooey personal pizzas while lounging. Heaven!
Pros: beautiful, fun, shops, restaurants, pool
Cons: prices, tons of annoying tourists everywhere

Even the cheapest rooms are suites larger than some apartments! The ambience is amazingly romantic with period furniture and all of the modern-day conveniences and amenities. The public areas are romantic, too, the Promenade around actual canals is lit at a constant twilight--just perfect for strolling arm-in-arm as you browse the upscale shops or for dining at one of the first-rate restaurants or riding in a gondola while being serenaded by your gondolier. Street performers right out of the Italian Renaissance complete the picture, from commedia del' arte clowns to musicians. The gaming tables, however, are not for the penny-pinchers and service was not quite up to the standard of a 5-star hotel.
Pros: rooms, ambience, shopping, dining
Cons: service can be lack-luster, expensive gaming tables

The entrance and all common areas are gorgeous, if a little bit 'Vegas' over the top. The suite was great too with a nice view down the strip. I would have liked cheaper table games, but I'm not a big gambler so I'm not the market they are looking for.
Pros: Room quality, decor
Cons: taxi queue was annoyingly long, made worse by an odd driveway arrangement.

The interior of the Venetian is a must see in Vegas. Taking a stroll alongside the gondolas is a great way to spend the last day in Vegas when you have no money left. Yes, it isn't fun walking past all the shops you couldn't afford even before you wasted all your money, but it is one of Vegas' best sites.

I love this hotel it is my favorite of the Las Vegas strip. The rooms are elegant and luxerious. The pool is great. The restaurants in the hotel are a bit pricey but everything is all worth it. This hotel is nice because it is located towards the center of the strip.
Pros: Great ambiance, nice pool
Cons: pricey
