The very best food! Where did they go?

This was the very best food! I loved the bacon wrapped bread sticks, casear salad, and the Primadora spaghetti! Does any one know if they re-opened somewhere else? They were in the Rivera. Please help!

Old Style Las Vegas

This Italian restaurant located in the Riviera is old style Las Vegas at its best. We shared a Caesar salad which was very good though tableside preparation would have been a nice touch. My entree of linguini pescatore was full of fresh seafood and a tasty tomato sauce. My wife enjoyed polo Angelo, their version of this popular Las Vegas dish. Servie throughout was professionally efficient.

Great place to finish off your vacation

I stay at the Riviera every year. We always make it a point to go to the Ristorante Italiano. The food is great, the service phenomenal. There are so many staff people waiting on you from beginning to end, you actually forget which one is the waiter. They have weird hours though, so make sure to check if they're open before actually venturing down there. I think they're completely closed on Mondays. Can't figure out why. Highly recommended.

A Hidden Gem?

The garlic shrimp appetizer is very flavorfulbut not overpowering. The veal marsala is prepared with a well-developed, full-bodied sauce. Wonderful. The tiaramisu is among the best I have had. Wines by the glass are modestly priced and very good. Service is superior.

Old-time Vegas panache

The service here is as it was when Vegas was still young. The wait staff is attentive, the room captain observant and the food is simply unbeatable. Nice ambience makes for a charming, romantic and elegant dining experience. It is indeed a well-kept Las Vegas secret.

• Cons: PRICEY, DARK 2 DAYS A WEEK
