Maybe I'm too harsh, but having recently returned from Las Vegas I've concluded that hotel restaurants on the Strip cannot make anything more complicated than burgers and fries and deliver them at an appropriate price. The Monte Carlo Brew Pub is a burger/fries/sandwich place, so you here you will be able to consume food that meets your expectations. Prices are reasonable.

Pros: good pub food, not expensive
