I gave a bundle of clothes to Al Phillips to be washed and dryed. We picked up the clothes the next day to find that there were a number of items missing. We rang and were told we had to come back the next day when the manager was there. We went back the next day and was given a small parcel of clothes but still had a number of clothes missing. The manager said that there had been a mistake and our clothes were given to someone else and we could come back tomorrow to pick them up, however, we were leaving that day and she said she would mail them to us. We still have not received our clothes Not Happy !!!!!!!!!!!! email angela_reid73@hotmail

about 2 weeks ago i took about 5 shirts to Al Phillips. They told me to return the next day to pick up my laundry, when i returned they only had 3 shirts ready for me and told me that the other 2 shirts werent done yet. I waited a couple more days and got a call from the manager, she said that they had givin away my 2 shirts to someone else. She said that they were trying to track down my shirts and that she would call me before the end of the week. I never heard back, i called her on monday and again on tuesday the next week without any success of talking to a person that knew what the hell is going on. Do not trust this cleaner, they have shady employees and horrible customer service....i still have not had a call back in regards to my missing items.

Expensive. Doesn't take responsibility for poor service/quality. They lost an item the last round. Clothes poorly ironed. I drive two extra miles now to avoid them.

Al Phillips as a corporation is a HUGE rip off. They charge astronomical fees for their dry cleaning services and then deceive the customer by asking them to sign up for a program that supposedly provides the customer with a 20% discount on all dry cleaning. Well don't believe it....I just went & picked up my first dry cleaning at the discounted rate and the total was about 30% higher than my former dry cleaner....In shock, I asked the clerk if that included the 20% discount and of course it did. What a joke....dry cleaning is expensive to begin with, but Al Phillips is a JOKE....they talk about price gouging with gasoline....Well, this is price gouging at it's best. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!
