OK place to stay a night or two and the room rates are very affordable. I paid just $37.00 per night. However, the air conditioning only worked half the time during the Hot July afternoons and the neighbors were noisy.
Pros: Inexpensive, good access to mgm/st, close to airport
Cons: A/C worked half the t, Thin walls (noisy), bathroomfauset leaked
