furniture is poor quality, especially the wood. I purchased a dining room set and the wood was gradually eaten away. They replaced the set with another that I had picked out. The wood was basically the same. I had that replaced also. I still have the same problem. My warranty is expired, so I have to live with it. Would not recommend this store to my worst enemy.

Walker furniture has the worst customer services I have ever received… BOTTOM LINE ! On top of the fact that they follow you around the store even after you ask them politely to let you look around on your own, they guarantied delivery “within the week” this did not happen. 6 calls to the customer service and 2 weeks later, I finally get a lame explanation and a new delivery date. Then they tell me it will be between 12:00 and 6:00pm… later in the day I get a call saying the table is damaged and I’ll have to wait for another one to come into the warehouse… 4 weeks, still no table. IM GETTING MY MONEY BACK AND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE ! DON’T GO THERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I read the prior comments about Walker Furniture and it sounds more like RC Wiley. We had the best experience with Walker Furniture possible. Sorry guys!!!!!!!!!!1

I recently purchased $3,000 worth of furniture from Walker Funiture. Our salesperson was pleasant. We had the option to buy a set we really liked at RC Willey, but they could not deliver for up to a week later, we went to Walker and purchased it there since they promised a delivery 2 days away. We needed a living room set immediately. On monday they were supposed to deliver between 8-12 we got a call at 730am they could not deliver the order because one piece was dirty the other was not in stock and our set would be back ordered until February (it was Nov 12!!) We took out a line of credit, we did not really want to go back to RC Willey and open another line ...the customer service was terrible...then they scurried around to cover their butts after we heard a few nasty comments from them.
Cons: bottom line:, they dont care about, our business enough.

We had some furniture to be deliveried on a certain date. They said they would call us on the morning we were to recieve the item. At 1045 we still had no call so we call Walker. We were told that we were schedule for that evening. The Delivery Crew didn't come in until 3 P.M. and we would get a call after that. We had cancelled a doctor appointment so we would be here for the delivery during that day. We waited until mid moring with no call and would have set here all day waiting for that call. This treatment is completely unacceptable. I know I will let everyone I know about Walker's customer serveic treatment. They have defintely lost a customer and many more if I can help it.

I recently purchased over $2,000.00 worth of furniture at Walker. I was extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the quality of service I recieved after finding a problem with one of the pieces of furniture. When I called the store with the problem I was told that it would be over a week before they couldfix the broken furniture that they had sold me. When that day came I was unable to be at my home for the particular two hour window that was convenient for the technician so It was going to be another week before we could try again. Consequently, I returned the sectional sofa I purchased from Walker and I will not be purchasing anything from Walker again. It is my opinion that Walker has grown so large that they do not feel that you need to deliver quality customer service.

Cons: Pushy salesmen, Lousy customer servic, customer not priority
