Sincere, Fun and Professional!

by thisluckygirl

I'd give them 7 stars if I could! We went for the Red Rocks wedding at the Red Springs. They were efficient and professional and supportive. They seemed as excited for us as we were! The limo driver was perfect! The flowers were amazing and even though I called them about 50 thousand times, every staff member was kind and informative each time. All of our guests were impressed. They made it soooo easy and offered several recommendations to help with the rest of our wedding planning. We got more poses than they told us (although the photographer rushed) and the DVD was terrific. I LOVED them! One of my best friends was married on-site in their gazebo a month later on my recommendation and she was very satisfied.

  • Pros: The best customer service I've had in a while
  • Cons: The photographer rushed us; photos were average

Planning to get married soon?

by newbreedofgeek

A must visit if you are looking to tie the knot, they are not fussy about who/what you marry so long as you pay in advance.. Just kidding.. they are professional and generous

  • Pros: Quick and Painless
  • Cons: Same and above pros

Wonderful

6 weeks prior to going to LasVegas I spoke to Allan from viva las vegas on the phone and in 20mins he took care of everything. Even things I forgot to think of. The day before our wedding we stopped by the chapel to make sure everything was set. Allan took us around the property, fitted my husband for his tux, told us how everything would come together and answered any last minute questions.

On our wedding day our limo driver Melanie(sweetheart) called our room to set pick up timimgs. She arrived to get me first, I went for the first look package. Then she went back pick up my husband.

We couldn't of asked for a better day, they took a lot of the stress away by making sure we were very looked after. We had nothing to worry about. We had the Elvis pink cadillac wedding. We had a blast we wouldn't change a single thing.

However, it was just my husband and I. No one else. So if you are looking for some kind of 50+ family pleasing wedding day maybe you should do it the old fashion way.

After all it is Vegas...

  • Pros: they do it all

Rushed, rude & greedy.

Based on the dates of the previous reviews, I wonder if this place has changed much in the past few years. This place is a dump but we really wanted a themed wedding and based on the other reviews, we booked the chapel. I was a little embarrassed so I warned our guests ahead of time by telling them "they are supposed to have the best themed weddings in town". So, when we arrived there were 2 weddings taking place right before ours. Our entire group of 50+ had to wait outside and there was no way to get inside without being seen. They really push the weddings too close together. It was really chaotic and confusing.

The rehearsal was rushed and consisted of them pointing to the spots where we were to go. I wanted to have my whole wedding party at the front with me, but they only had room for four so some of the party didn't even get a chance to participate. It was nothing like I had envisioned. I was completely disappointed.

The thing that really upset me the most was when we brought our own candles to light in honor of departed family members who could not be there. They made us pay $50 just to light them! It was somthing that was very personal and important to me, and that really ruined the sentiment.

They were rude to our family members who wanted to take photos and snapped at them to sit down. I know they have a policy so they can sell you their own photos, but they could have been a little more polite about it. Started dismantling and setting up the next wedding while taking our photos-in front of all of the guests! Couldn't they at least play music during this time? I was mortified and angry. So much for the most important day of our lives. At least the reception - held at a different location - was a blast and made up for the ceremony.

One other word of caution- the limo goes to and from your hotel only if it is on the strip. It will not turn left or right of Las Vegas blvd.

  • Pros: Themed weddings, cute ceremony
  • Cons: Rushed, rude, and greedy.

Say "I do" with a traditional or theme wedding in the marriage capital of the world.

by Ryan Slattery

In Short
With 125,000 couples a year exchanging vows, Las Vegas is for lovers. Whether it's the first (or fourth) marriage, or if you want to renew vows, this chapel on the Strip can make it special. Walk (down the aisle) like an Egyptian, get married in Camelot, go gothic or, for a real shotgun wedding, have your nuptials performed by the Godfather during a Mafia-themed ceremony.
