Makes me miss CA salons

I'm not sure what the average customer comes in to the salon for but my experience with Diva was for a cut AND color ok. Maybe I shouldn't have gone in on a Saturday because it was busy but I desperately needed to get my hair done and there was no other salon that could get me in. If you enjoy a bigger salon, this is is a great place. I didn't find the place very personable and this salon isn't the best customer service I've experienced. The weekend was busy and maybe that's why I felt the service could have been better.

As of the turn out of my hair, I was very disappointed. I expect that if I'm going to spend A LOT of money on my hair, it better turn out the way I envision it. Although my stylist did discuss the look and color I was looking for, she did not bother confirming the color with me. So instead of getting a nice brown color, I turned out a caramel colored blond...I didn't realize when I said light, warm brown, she'd interpret it caramel blond. Maybe I should have asked, but I felt she'd get to know my personality and my lifestyle to know that wasn't the direction I was looking for.

Though my hair DID NOT turn out the way I expected it to be, the color turned out nice and I knew she knew what she was doing. It would have been nicer if it was the color I wanted though. The hair cut was fabulous...that's all I could say with that.

jennifer at diva= great skin

I've been going to jennifer for a couple years now for waxing and facials. I love the way she does my brows. They always come out amazing. There's no way I could do that myself. Also her facials are awesome. My skin always feels so fresh, clean and soft afterward and her massage is so relaxing I could fall asleep everytime.

amazing hair!

I was refered to Jessica by a co-worker of mine. I asked her who does her hair becuase it always looks perfect. I've had nothing but bad experiences since i move here from california, that all changed when i decided to try dive studio and see jessica. I came in with such a mess and left with the hair that i've been wanting since comming to vegas.

Katie has been doing my hair for awhile now. And has always done an AWESOME Color on my hair. Being that she is an wella educator her knowledge about color is awesome. and know what she is doing. and must i add her shampoos are great.

My 3 yr old's first salon experience

My 3yr old daughter wanted to get her hair cut, she told me it was time. So I decided that I would take her to my hairstylist Stephanie at Diva Studio. I couldn't be any happier with my decision. We took her this morning and Stephanie treated her fabulous and gave her the DIVA experience!!She got her hair washed, cut, and styled and the whole time my daughter had a HUGE smile! When she was done she felt like such a BIG girl. She thanked Stephanie with a BIG hug. The staff was great and gave her so many compliments about her hair cut on the way out. When she got home she couldn't stop showing off her BIG girl look. Can't wait to come back again to see Stephanie for another BIG girl experience!

Amazing Job!

I moved to Las Vegas recently and hate trying to find a new place to get my hair cut and highlighted -- I have a lot of hair and seemingly everything I have ever had done turns to a poof-ball after a week -- Not this time though!

I came across Diva Studio and got an appointment with Mary Beth. I left the fate of my hair up to her and didn't give her any ideas of what I wanted - because I didn't know what to do. Mary Beth explained to me what she was doing the entire way of the process to make sure I was comfortable with her ideas. In the end, she gave me a fabulous cut and amazing highlights!!! I get a ton of compliments on it everyday and am excited to go back in a few weeks! Mary Beth did an amazing job!!!!!

Nobody else has touched my hair since Stephanie started doing it for me. Every where I go people compliment my hair, and I give her all the credit. There are times when I want a change, something new, but have no idea what, an d Steph always comes up with something to make me feel like a Diva. I love Steph so much that I have a long distance hair relationship with her. I live in Utah now, but plan trips to Vegas just so she can do my hair. She is definitely the bomb dot com.

I love to get my hair done by Stephanie at DIva. She is the only person I trust to do my hair! She is very patient especially since I have long, thick, and poofy hair. Before I could never find anyone who actually took the time to do it like I wanted. She also makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable. She gives the best head massages while washing your hair and you hate when its over. Everytime I leave after getting my hair cut or highlighted I feel great and love it!! I always get lots of compliments :)

Hated it!

I have never drove home so fast to write a review on business!! So, I had my hair highlighted and trimmed yesterday by Katie and I didn't like it. I called the salon and they were very sweet and told me of course she would fix it. Never have I had a stylist come out and be so rude to me because I didn't like what they did. She wanted to argue with me and make it seem like it was my fault that my hair came out badly. There was no apology only a rude and defensive stylist. Of course at that point you don't want them anywhere near you or your hair so I left. Never to return again....

Finally!

The feeling when you walk in is modern yet the warm welcome from the staff makes it comfortable. I saw Kelsey on a Sunday (a salon open on a Sunday!! Believe it!) and regardless of the special ($20 off a cut)she gave me all the attention in the world. I was so grateful, FINALLY a stylist that LISTENS to what you want and then gives you just that! Thanks DIVA STUDIO for providing the best stylists in town!
