I visit the salon regularly. The vibe is great and the atmosphere is almost as beautiful as my amazing hair stylist Holly Griffin. Her creative color skills and incredible cuts never cease to amaze me. Its so nice to have a hair stylist I can trust to take charge of my hair ...Not only am I extremely happy with what she accomplishes with my hair, but i have seen her other work and I am always impressed. I highly recommend her to any and everyone!!

I came to Diva hearing that it was "the best salon in vegas". Oh boy was I wrong. I booked my appointment there the same day. I came in at 5 and I waited for 20 mins. Finally the hair dresser came and got me. Well her assistant came and got me and she was very rude for being 20 mins late! She gave me an okay haircut....but supercuts could have probably done it....for half the price! Overall....I was very disappointed!!!!

Pros: they had bottled water!

Cons: I could have done my haircut myself!

So, I went last Thursday (day before 4th of July) I did not wait at all, as soon as I got there Allison showed up and took me to the back. She really listened to what I was wanting and the kind of hair color I was looking for. I took a picture of what I wanted, and let me tell you....wow lol she sure got it just like it. SHe was very sweet and polite as well as very conversational and did I say sweet? I have had bad experiences in Vegas since I moved here. I never had been able to find "My hairdresser I would always go too" type person, until I met Allison. I will always go and get my hair done with her = ) The front staff where quite nice, I wouldnt say "wow sooo sweet" just average. I did however like that since I was a first time customer they asked me what price range I was looking for. If I was looking to pay alot or a little. Well, I choose in the middle and they directed me to Allison (great choice!) The price was actually very reasonable, I have paid soooo much more (@ Mosaic) for a *hitty job.... Atmosphere is also good, very nicely modern decorated, hip, those hair dryers are pretty cool, a big sort of magazines, and very good music. I highly recommend Allison I finally found the salon I plan on going to as long as I live in Vegas.

Pros: Good parking, fast walk-in/walk-out, Allison is good at what she does.

Cons: Front desk could be a little nicer, maybe smile a little more and try and act more polite.

I was recommended to Holly by someone I met at a party, I loved her hair and she raved about Holly. I checked it out...I was not disappointed. She is professional, sweet, and she made my tired old hair look beautiful. I am very grateful for the work she did...so I have a new stylist! Thanks Holly.

I moved here 8 years ago and asked for a recommendation from my stylist before I left. She told me about Diva. I haven't had a single regret after my first visit. My original stylist moved but there was another top stylist who had the same talent. Ever since I have been hooked on my visits with Desi. Not only is she super talented but she also has the most phenomenal personality. Since we click on a personal level it's easy for her to understand my needs. I live way on the other side of town from Diva but the drive is worth it. I look forward to my visit not only with my stylist but with my friend!!!!!!

So i heard a lot about "Diva Studio" before so I went there. Great stuff I might add! So when I called I requested the owner of the place! The receponists were wonderful! Helpful in every way possible. The owner I requested.....not so much!!!! Lisa was her name and she didn't listen to a thing I said! I wanted a totally different doo to my hair.....I got the same exact freaking thing!!!!!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Pros: Very nice front desk!

Cons: Everything but the front desk sucked!

how long are we going to her about top 20 that was 20 years ago whats new oh ya nothing. this a salon tht had something to offer then but not not now all or most the talent is gone and its living off what was there is no what to come sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been going to Diva for years and totally understand why they are a top 20 salon. I've had events pop up where I’ve needed a haircut that second and couldn’t get in, Dessie teaches for Tigi and is in high demand plus all the other Master stylists were busy too. When I went to another high class salon I was not happy to say the least. Dessie is so great and such a sweetie, well she’s hot too. If super clean is a big deal to you and you like to pick places apart you’ll like it there. Plus the little one at the counter is a cutie pantz and so awesome it hurts. I love Diva and will be a long term client.

Pros: Clean, awesome people, relaxing enviroment, pro services and products.

Cons: crazy busy but they know what they are doing so that's what happens. Plan so you get the best.

I'm not sure what the average customer comes in to the salon for but my experience with Diva was for a cut AND color ok. Maybe I shouldn't have gone in on a Saturday because it was busy but I desperately needed to get my hair done and there was no other salon that could get me in. If you enjoy a bigger salon, this is is a great place. I didn't find the place very personable and this salon isn't the best customer service I've experienced. The weekend was busy and maybe that's why I felt the service could have been better. As of the turn out of my hair, I was very disappointed. I expect that if I'm going to spend A LOT of money on my hair, it better turn out the way I envision it. Although my stylist did discuss the look and color I was looking for, she did not bother confirming the color with me. So instead of getting a nice brown color, I turned out a caramel colored blond...I didn't realize when I said light, warm brown, she'd interpret it caramel blond. Maybe I should have asked, but I felt she'd get to know my personality and my lifestyle to know that wasn't the direction I was looking for. Though my hair DID NOT turn out the way I expected it to be, the color turned out nice and I knew she knew what she was doing. It would have been nicer if it was the color I wanted though. The hair cut was fabulous...that's all I could say with that.

Pros: Very professional stylists!

Cons: Customer service was inconsistent and color of my hair sucked

I was referred to Jenna by my cousin who went to see her about 2 weeks ago, i brought in a ton of pictures and she helped me choose one that best fit my face and personality. Jenna and i talked and laughed the whole time, it waas almost as if we already knew each other. I had an unforgetable experience, i will definately be back.

Pros: very accesable, easy parking, and receptionists are friendly

Cons: no cash back on card and atm was out
