I keep going back time and time again!

by rainbow9286

I love this hotel. Such a party atmosphere and I love that the Chippendale show is at the RIO. This show always makes me feel good. I see it every time I go to Vegas. The guys are so sweet and so easy on the eyes. Ladies you can't go to Las Vegas without seeing the Chippendales at the RIO!

so much fun!

by chelseafeilen

This hotel/casino is a constant party. The pools are amazing and the cocktail waitresses wear bright pink bikinis. The rooms are pretty big, but depending on the room some are not as nice as others. And some have this window from the bedroom area into the bathroom. I don't understand that. The buffet is pretty good. It had a huge dessert display. I think dinner was about $25 each unless you're a club member or something. The drinks are good, not too pricey. It has a Starbucks and a Coffee Bean/Tea Leaf. It used to have this great Mexican restaurant but it's not there anymore :( But the Tilted Kilt is a fun pub. Pretty good food, beer, and the servers wear mini kilts (like a mini skirt but a kilt) Anyway- this place is great. I think it even had a free shuttle to the strip.

  • Pros: awesome pool, large room
  • Cons: not on the strip

Such a fun place, for being aways away from the Strip

by sione

This place just has such a fun party atmosphere that it's hard to not have a good time here. It's just one big party! The buffet here has so much seafood! There are lines for days sometimes to get into it, but it's worth the wait! This place is such a fun hotel to stay at that it doesn't matter too much that you're not on the strip, which is a good thing because it's a long walk (I walked it myself and it looks deceptively short).

  • Pros: The whole atmosphere and feel of the place
  • Cons: You'll probably want transportation to get to the Strip

I love this hotel

by dalim80

This hotel is great I booked one Easter weekend and was able to check into the room early which is nice. The hotel room is classy comfortable bed, nice pool, lively atmosphere. The staff was great I shopped around for the best rate and when I called the Rio they were able to beat the internet price if I booked directly with the hotel.

  • Pros: good atmosphere
  • Cons: not directly on the strip

Rock On

by ambrosgela

We had a blast at the Rio. The "bevertainers" made a late night of rapid roulette a great time with their friendliness, prompt service (some of the best in Vegas) and dancing. The Rio was a great place to lose yourself and most of your wallet while having a great time.

Best Hotel, Best Buffet , Above par Casino

by dcracer

This is one of the better places to go in Las Vegas. The rio is packed with friendly atmosphere. The buffet is what makes this place a hot spot. One of the buffet is a Benihana type style of set up.

  • Pros: Great Casino, Best Buffet
  • Cons: Packed Continuously

Like it

I really enjoying going to the Rio on a regular basis. The show in the sky is always fun with a lot of upbeat music and the people REALLY will do anything to get those silly beads, but it's always a good time. I throughly enjoy the atmosphere and the general vibe of the place. It's a good time with friends and a lot of fun. Go see Penn and Teller if you can.

ALL SUITE HOTEL?

by jaylaurino

i dont know why they say that it is a all suite hotel, i did not stay in a suite! it was a good sized room, a good 450sf, but it was not a suite. if you can get a deal to stay here for under $100.00 a night sure stay here, but it is not worth a penny more than that. ok service, i did have to wait for my room 2 hrs, it is clean, but nothing fancy at all.

  • Cons: there just rooms not suite's

An all-suites standard for guests seeking extra elbow room.

The Scene
This hotel doesn't lack for creature comforts. Just check out the 2,563 spacious suites, sprawling 120,000-square-foot casino and the 18-hole championship Rio Secco Golf Club. The highlight is the lush, sandy Ipanema Beach at the edge of a tropical lagoon encircled by waterfalls, swimming pools and Jacuzzi-style spas.

The Details
Each suite has all the basic amenities plus spectacular views of Las Vegas. The Masquerade Show in the Sky is an aerial extravaganza modeled after Mardi Gras. Cocktail servers have been replaced by "BevErtainers," who sing or dance on casino mini-stages, then continue beverage service. Longstanding attractions include the Wine Cellar Tasting Room & Retail Shop, Carnival World Buffet, the Chippendales show and "Tony 'n' Tina's Wedding." The 110,000-square-foot Rio Pavilion features built-in registration, specialty kitchens, full theatrical staging and an adjoining business center.

Whether it's just the two of us or the entire family, we always feel comfortable at RIO. The VOODOO Lounge is a must for adults and the Carnival Area is a must for ALL. GOOD FOOD; GOOD GAMING; GREAT ROOMS; FANTASTIC SERVICE. The Rio has it ALL. And it VERY AFORDABLE..

  • Pros: ROOM SIZE, LOW PRICE, VOODOO LOUNGE
