Amazing Evening

I booked a stretch limo a few weeks ago for our 1-year anniversary. We were treated with the utmost VIP respect, served champagne, and my girlfriend was given roses when we reached our dinner destination.

Our driver was dressed to impress and even suggested taking us to the famous Las Vegas sign for a picture since we hadn't done so yet.

Great service...recommended to everyone!

• Pros: Champagne, Roses for the lady

Best Customer Service in Las Vegas

I used Presidential Limo's for the first time, and booked their tour of the Strip. Our driver (Lee) was great and was so helpful. The time in the limo was great and I felt like a true VIP when he served us the champagne. Next time I'm coming to Vegas I will make sure to have them pick us up from the airport. I compared their prices to many other companies online and they beat most prices (probably because they own their limos and are not just a booking company looking to make a buck) Thanks again!

• Pros: DRIVER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNEW HIS WAY AROUND
• Cons: HOLD TIME WAS A FEW MINUTES ON THE PHONE BUT WORTH IT

I had a great experience

I reserved a limo with Presidential to take advantage of the complimentary champagne and rose, for my girlfriends 21st Birthday. Our chauffeur was dressed to impress in a full tux, and showed up right on time.. the limo was set up with glassware and looked great! The limo was clean and our ride was great! I've been in lots of limos in Vegas and none were set up like the Pres limo, and I definitely did not feel like our driver was in a hurry, or should have been driving a taxi. I would recommend Presidential Limos to all of my friends! I've seen there Escalades and they are sweet!

HORRIBLE LIMO SERVICE

We ordered a limo for my daughter's 18th birthday. We were taking a group of 6 to dinner and a show. The initial pickup was 10 min late. I had to call the company instead of receiving a courtesy call. The car was as ordered with a bottle of comp. champagne and a rose for all of the ladies. The return trip home was a nightmare! We got out of the show about 30 min early and called the company to see if an earlier car could be arranged. The dispatcher stated, "No Problem - there is a car right around the corner." 1 hour later the car arrived. During that hour I had called 3 times to see what was the status of the car. The 1st 2 times I got disconnected. The 3rd time the dispatcher put the phone down without putting it on hold and proceeded to make rude comments regarding our calling. When the driver arrived he cited having to drop other people off as being the reason the car was late. On the ride home, he ran through a red light and then had me stand outside in the cold for 10 minutes why he tried to get the dispatcher on the phone to verify the credit card. It happened to be the card they already had on file.

Very unprofessional limo company. I have used several over the years.
