Can someone explain to me why I should PAY just to walk into a store? My first trip to Las Vegas, I went out of my way to find The Attic because I had read about it. It took an expensive cab ride to get me there, and then, as soon as I start looking around, I'm told I have to PAY to look? No $1 isn't much, but the principle was offensive. From what I saw before leaving (I wouldn't pay), their retro kitsch was astronomically overpriced, and their "new" clothes were just tacky and poorly made. What a rip off!!
Pros: Nice window displays
Cons: Entry fee!, arrogant staff, overpriced crap
