From California take the I-15 North to Exit 1, Primm to Primm Valley Resort (30 miles south of Vegas). Ladies, you'll love that you can shop your heart out while your men just hit the casino next door (although there are plenty of places for them to shop too). And when I say shop your heart out, I mean it! There are tons of stores in this place and it's indoors, so no matter how hot it gets outside, you'll stay cool inside.

Some of my favorite places - American Eagle Outfitters, Bath & Body Works, BCBG, Sketchers, and the list goes on and on. Check out all the stores on their website.

But remember, just like any other outlet, you're not always getting a deal from they're regular stores...this place is no different.

PROS: Have gift certificates availabe, good at any store - see website.

Don't Expect too Much

I've traveled to Vegas for the last four years and always heard about the Fashion Outlets in Primm, NV - just outside Vegas. So this past year, I decided to goto the MGM and sign up for the shuttle to the outlets. The 30 minute drive was scenic and provided a nice scenic ride. I have to tell you that I was sooo disappointed in the outlet mall. I spent 3 hours at the mall and while I did buy some stuff, I expected so much more. Just to let you know my style - I am a designer label shopper...BCBG, Theory, Juicy, BeBe, Cache..you get my point. The deals were "ok". I am not saying the outlets stink, I am just saying don't expect too much. I will save the $15 shuttle fee and not visit these outlets again. IO recommend the other outlets in Vegas, which are far better (Premium Outlets) and offer better designer stores.

Can't wait to see all that is there. My first time in Vegas and all I've heard is that it is a great place for shopping.
