Great Pizza, Horrible Hours

Jesss's has great pizza, and chicken fingers. Pizza is consisitently good, fingers can vary for Good to Excelent. I am not quite sure why they differ from time to time but it must be by who's cooking. The only drawback to Jesse's is they have the most incosistent and horrible hours. As and example one day they might open at 10am, the next day at 4 pm then back to 12 noon the next day, etc, etc. You can never count on them being open during any cosistent hours.
Pros: Great food
Cons: Inconsistent business hours
