Children's Orchard sells both new and used children's clothing and items. They have a large selection of used infant clothes; most are in great condition. I have saved a lot of money on clothes for my infant. They also carry low cost used strollers and bassinets. Great deals. They often run 50% off and BOGO specials. They don't have too much for the older kids, though. I'd also pass on their used toys. The store is well-organized and the staff is very friendly. You can also sell your used children's clothes to them.
