EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DRINK PRICES RIPOFF,
by hc89100 at Citysearch
I VISITED THIS PIZZERIA ON FRIDAY. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SVC, NO ONE GREETED OR ARRANGE FOR SEATING FOR 20-25 MINUTES. ONCE TABLE FOUND, DID NOT CLEAN FOR 5-10 MINUTES. PIZZA WAS NICE. NO PRICES FOR DRINKS ON MENU. ORDERED PITCHER OF SOFT DRINKS, CHARGED $7.00, PRICE OF PITCHER OF BEER IS CHEAPER IN OTHER PIZZERIA. GARLIC BREAD WAS SO-SO. OVER ALL EXPERIENCE POOR. WENT THERE READING GOOD REVIEW. PROBABLY WILL NOT GO AGAIN.
- Pros: GOOD PIZZA
- Cons: Customer svc extremly poor, prices of drinks you ridiculously high for pizzeria of this grade

My wife and I thought this place was out of business, and we saw a sign for them on the side of the road and went to get some good pizza. We went in and wait staff seated us, and did a good job. The pizza came out timely, but the cheese was not the same as it was before. Before it closed the pizza was excellent especially if the jolly old guy was there. He always was nice to talk to, and the place seemed to be run by a family. We went in there this time, and the dining room was plain, but I love the Chicago Cubs bar as I am a fan. Sadly there were these two guys sitting in there, one fat guy with tatoos on both arms talking with this short balding guy that appeared high on something teasing the waitstaff, and when the wait staff were not around they were talking about them in bad ways. Management should have thrown them guys out. My wife and I are in our 60's, and we dont like to eat around riff raff. We will never go there again, and if we do want this pizza there is another aurelios on cheyanne in las vegas, no riff raff there. Management should take the trash out.
- Pros: Pizza went from awsome to just ok
- Cons: Strange people in the bar area uncomfortable feeling
Best Pizza in the Las Vegas Valley.
by 1tab at Citysearch
Aurelio's is the best pizza in the valley. Crust and sauce is just right. Taste just like all the other Aurelio's including the original in Homewood, ILL. Locations on the far Northwest and far Southeastern parts of the Valley, now we need a location in the Central Valley also.
HANDS-DOWN the best pizza in Vegas!!!
by SinCityRez at Citysearch
I am a pizza fanatic who has eaten at hundreds of pizza places all over the country. In Vegas, Aurelios is B-Y F-A-R my favorite!!!...very high-quality ingredients and extremely tasty pizza, although it is somewhat pricey (try either the Eastern Avenue or Cheyenne Avenue Aurelios locations). Second choice, I would have to choose Metro Pizza, and third choice, Pizza Hut...yes, Pizza Hut (hey this is Vegas...not the best place for pizza, mexican food, or barbecue...but, Aurelios is great!!!).
NOTE--if you are in the mood for a great cheese-only pizza, try an 18" (extra, extra, cheese pizza) from Pizza De Roma on Pecos and Patrick Ln. Ask for extra sauce for one extremely delicious all-cheese 18" pizza for only around $11!!! (pick-up special)
Good Pizza, questionable service

This review is for the store on Eastern only.
Frequently they don't answer the phone or leave you on hold too long. In fact, I just called - Thursday night 8:00pm NO ANSWER. The hours they post on the door are not accurate. They seem to open or close whenever they feel like it. I haven't been there for a while, but I think they close for a significant period on Tuesday or Thursday to fill a catering order. The pricing is high. If you tip, (carryout) they won't even say thank you.
The pizza is good, especially if the old man who works there makes it.
Just a plain old sausage and cheese is the bomb!! Ask "Big AL" about his dog jaw.

One day going to try a combo... We visit from California, and it is usually the first place we stop depending on the time we arrive! Originially from the midwest, rasied on Aurelio's. One thing I have to say is that the taste is identical to Homewood's. Everything on the menu is great, but if we only have the weekend I have to have a pizza 2 times before we leave... tried to get the half baked and freeze em, but just not the same. Can't wait until we win the lottery so we can open our own franchise in the Bay area.
- Pros: Never, ever had a bad pizza!
- Cons: Not open for breakfast!
Always a G R E A T pizza

We have been going to Auerilo's for several years now (they used to be off of Green Valley Parkway). Their pizza is always delicious, hot ,and "Chicago-area" authentic. I agree that their service can be a bit slow at times, but they are ALWAYS friendly and everyone has a smile on their face. We will continue to go to Auerilo's!!!
- Pros: PIZZA PIZZA PIZZA
- Cons: Dining area is a bit small---Apetizers are plain
Joe would be proud!!

We really enjoyed this pizza. It was every bit as good as the pizza serve the original Aurelio's in Glenwood IL. Looking forward to our next visit.
- Pros: Very good pizza and antipasto salad
- Cons: Not near the Strip
As good as Pasquale's in Fort Dodge, IA
by vdanielson at Citysearch
I have been in the Las Vegas Valley since 1988. This is the first time I have had Pizza as good as Pasquales in Fort Dodge, IA. They both cut it in squares and the flavor is so good you know it isn't good for you. The only difference between Aurelio's and Pasquales is the grease doesn't run down to your elbow from the Aurelio's
- Pros: Has a neighborhood feeling
- Cons: It isn't cheap.
