Diners Drive-Ins and Dives by Guy Fieri

I saw this place profiled on Diners Drive-Ins and Dives so we went. GREAT salsa verde w/ pork, poured over huevos rancheros. Worth the drive from Summerlin, will go back.

• Pros: lots of little shops around for browsing after breakfast
• Cons: far from civilization

Best Food By a Dam Site

The Coffee Cup is a Boulder City Icon. Started back when the town was very young, they have continued to serve great food in a relaxed atmosphere. The service is quick, and friendly, with the owners, Al and Carrie Stevens meeting, greeting, cooking and serving along with their great staff. The coffee Cup is well worth the drive to Boulder City. And now they are open until 9pm serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
