bad haircut and highlights

I went to this salon after reading reviews. I had long layered hair with sublte highlights. I went in for a trim and a touch up.

Sharon ruined my hair. She overbleached my hair - Michelle who fixed the mess said the color had run and was a terrirble job. Then the cut Sharon gave me was just awful She literally combed my hair up and cut straight across. Michelle had to razor cut it to blend in wth the rest of my hair. I lost about 5 inches off my hair. Very disappointing.

On a high note, Roxanne does a fabulous job waxing eyebrows.

• Pros: owner had me come back to get it fixed
• Cons: some staff are not very good

I cannot say enough GOOD things!!!!!

I'm from out of state, and scheduled my wedding party with the owner on the phone. Didn't know what to expect. I LOVED it!!!! I had the best hair style and my bridesmaids loved theirs too. We all had our make-up done, and it was beautiful!!! They ordered us lunch and gave us all the time we wanted. We wished we lived there so we could go back. Everyone in there looked so happy and so were we.

In response to Larry and his wife Sherry, When Sherry first came into our Salon she had three consultations (none of which Larry had ever been to) for her hair service and three free make-up matching, we were more than helpful to her. During the consultation she commented that she was unhappy before the service even started. The hair stylist called me at home before the service started and thought that Sherry would say something about it, I told her to go ahead and do the service. She felt compatible with her hair stylist that she choose and when she left she was very happy with her service. The stylist recommended at home treatment do to breakage from previous colors. At our salon we strive to make all our customers happy and it seemed like Sherry was not happy with anything that we recommended for her. Anytime we have a client unhappy we do what it takes to make them happy, we are sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused you..

RUN FROM THIS SALON !!!!!!!!!

Me and my wife use to visit this salon until they ruined my wifes hair her hair is now greenish gray and they did not offer to correct the problem,Also the owner is the rudest woman I have meet.She only cares about money and not service .Please run unless you want to be treated rudely and have your hair destroyed .iMy wife has went to the state board .

In response to owners false remark.WHy would a hair stylist call an owner before service Just does not make any sense ???????? In general i am a very outgoing lady that loves family and life .But when some one ruins your hair you tend to not be too happy.I would also like to add the owner is covering up for bad service.wHEN DOES A COMPANY CHARGE TO MATCH MAKE UP ?So you were not doing me a favor by matching my skin tone for your make up that you sell.Any make up counter will be more than happy to match your skin to the make up they are selling ?Everyone know this..........Also as many times as it takes to sell the make that is right for the custmor.

THE WORST EVER

The owner is very nasty , rude .She does not know how to treat people.I will never buy merchandise there again.I do not recommend this salon AT ALL.Her staff looks very unhappy too.I CAN SEE WHY. Stay a+

Beautiful Salon and Spa

This salon and spa is beautiful and relaxing. The staff is friendly, and willing to help you. The owners continue to introduce new exciting products. The signature pedicure is wonderful with state-of-art pedicure chairs. The facials are very relaxing. I live across town, 15 miles away, and even though there are many shops between us, I would prefer this shop over any other in this town.

Great birthday party!

Just had my 6 year olds birthday party there. Mini mani's and pedi's were a huge sucess!

Excellent Spa for a Birthday Party!

Excellent spa for a birthday party!

My daughter (13) and six of her friends (ages 10-14) had a spa birthday party which included mini manicures and their hair styled. They were treated to pink robes, and great service. All the girls were very pleased with their styles and manicures, and the staff was very patient and professional. I highly recommend FX You Salon for a pre-teen birthday party. I've booked a waxing there for myself at the end of the month.

Best salon on north durango

I have been to several salons in the area and this is by far my favorite. The girls there are very nice and talkative. They also do VERY well with their jobs. The waxing was near painless and pristine. I am going to get my hair done there too because i love the service and price so much!

FX -tastic

This is a must visit salon. This is the best of all worlds, you have big town everything you could want in the salon and small town personal service. It is fantastic...FX-tastic!!!! My stylist's name is Amanda Best....she is wonderful. I just moved here from Seattle and have gone to the same stylist for the last 7 years...whom I love and dearly miss, but sitting in Amanda's chair I was very comfortable and felt at home. Not only is she wonderful company but an amazing stylist. What took my stylist at home 3 hours to complete Amanda had done in 1.5 hrs!!!! And it looked awesome!!!! I was very pleased. I have found MY new Salon. You are truly not getting what you deserve if your going somewhere else!!
