I first began training with Ciro about 5 years ago. He was recommended to me by another trainer when I asked her who would be a good choice for an older, less athletic woman like myself. I needed a mature, knowledgeable, patient trainer who knew how to adapt to the limitations of an older client. Ciro delivered all these traits and more. He sets you up with a goal and tracks your progress all the way. No detail is left unaddressed. I especially like the way I am treated with respect and dignity. As a registered nurse I have a a good understanding of health, diet and exercise, but needed a professional to help me achieve my goals safely and efficiently. I view having a personal trainer as important as having a personal physician or dentist. There are things in life you simply can't do by yourself. You can go to the gym and beat yourself up for an hour and benefit nothing if it is done wrong. I have trained with several others in the LV area, but none have even come close to his level of effectiveness. Now I drive from the northwest part of town to get that excellent personalized attention that are the standard for Ciro and his staff. The environment in the facility is clean, uncrowded and set up for your personal success. I highly recommend Total Body Performance if you are serious about obtaining optimun results that you will keep for a lifetime.
