I called Flat Rate Carpet Cleaners to help me settle into my new apartment ,after recently moving to Vegas. I've used services like this before, but Flat Rate made it just that much easier for our big move. I had to make all of the arrangements from out of state and they were so helpful from start to finish. I haven't been this satisfied in quite some time. Hands down my friends will recieve a recomendation!

The carpet in my entire apartment was just cleaned by 2 guys from Flat Rate Carpet and my apartment looks so much better. I love clean carpets! They did a great job. Will definitely call again.

I had 4 area rugs to deep clean and repair. The technician were exceptionally professional.They did a fantastic job. I am very pleased. Will definitely call again. Thanks Flat Rate Carpet!

I have had my fair share of carpet cleaners in my time and the folks at Flat Rate Carpet are truly one of the best carpet cleaners I`ve had in long, long time. They did all my upholstery cleaning. They deelp cleaned and sanitized my loveseat, couch, armchairs and dining room chairs. My home has never looked or smelled this good--ever! And the price was great. I loved their free demonstration and friendly, on-time service.Thank you (especially to Mike) so much for making my home look fantastic!

These people are true professionals. They know what they`re doing. The service started perfectly with a very friendly voice when I called Flat Rate Carpet for a telephone estimate. They were very helpful without being too pushy. The technician arrived the next day exactly on time to clean 6 rooms and 24 steps. He was quick and efficient and did a perfect job. I am thrilled! Right on time for the holidays

It is nice to know some companies still care about providing outstanding customer service. You are friendly, on time and effective. Thank you for deep cleaning my loveseat and armchair. And stain removal was completely effective, all while giving me the best prices in New York!
