I am very disappointed with Embarq in Henderson, NV. They hooked up my phone service and it never did work. I ended up paying nearly $60 in fees to avoid it going on my credit report because I told them I would not be paying for a line that never worked and they turned it over to a collection agency! I would not recommend their services. I did not make one call in 2 months and they said "Sorry we don't have access to your phone calls" I thought that was rather amusing that a customer service phone rep can tell me exactly what my bill is, but has no access to see if the line was ever used. What a joke.
Cons: The phone service never worked and they charged me anyway!!
