hi everyone i used to go flamingo for dia she was the best i was soo satisfide with her service : i love her but last friday i went there asked for her they saied to me she got fired . there are alot new artist on there one of girls she took me i was almost crying my eyebrows was not come up good like dia does for me i m looking for dia plz anyone knows abt her tell me......................... (will be apprectate with u guys )may be she is working another salon or she woned her won

I've been going to Eyebrows R Us for almost a year now. I have always been satisfied with their service but wary of the owner. While it isn't any of my business, I've realized that the staff seems somewhat terrified of him.I have had two stylists there. The first one "disappeared" or rather "went on vacation" but never came back. The second one, DIA, who was my absolute favorite recently is gone as well. When i asked about her, the owner seemed agitated and said she was gone and when i asked about her sister, he replied "GONE. they are all fired". I found this rather strange as she was one of themost popular stylists. Does anyone know where they may be? Perhaps they found another salon? Anywho, I reccomend Shila also. She does a good job but now that there are MUCH less stylists, there is also a LONGER wait time (he says 25 minute. more like an hour.) They still do a good job but I think I may go elsewhere as I have a bad feeling everytime I've come to the place. I may just be paranoid. But you can see for yourself. Let me know if anyone has had any similiar experiences with them.

Cons: owner/manager kinda creepy

I have not been to this place yet, but I'm planning on being in Vegas in a couple days and plan on going, I had this done while I was in Chicago and was very happy for the net 3 months, my eyebrows looked thicker and very nice.

I was recommended by a friend last summer. It was the best choice I could have ever made. I will only get my eyebrows threaded now!.. It fast, quick, and it's lasts for over two weeks. Their customer serivce is excellent very time I come for a visit! I would recommend everyone to give it a try!

This business was recommended to me by my hair stylist and this was also my first time going to this establishment I went on my lunch hour and received excellent service. My eyebrows came out PERFECT. There were many ladies waiting, but everyone was take care of. I will continue to go there. Please open more shops in the NW area! :-))

I love this place! My 12 year old daughter is complemented by all, as well as myself. Our brows look like they were painted on, they are so perfect. The staff at the Russel location is great, especially Marcie, thank god for her! The staff is always pleasant and have warm smiles that make you feel welcome! I recommend this place to all I know and feel sorry for those that continue to be waxed and have not been introduced to "threading".

I'M SO GLAD MY FRIEND PUT ME UP ON EYEBROWS R US. I LOVE THE WAY MY EYEBROWS COME OUT AND LISA IS FANTABULIOUS! I COULD SAY IT DOES GET A LITTLE IRRITATING AT TIMES WHEN I HAVE TO WAIT A WHILE TO BE SEEN, BUT IT'S JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE SO BUSY, I REALLY CAN'T EVEN COMPLAIN- I TIP MY HAT TO LISA AND ALL THE GIRLS BECAUSE THEY R CONSTANTLY WORKING HARD TO KEEP UP WITH AND SATISFY EVERY CUSTOMER.

Pros: THE QUALITY AND PRICE

Cons: SOMETIMES LONG WAITS

I get my eyebrows done here at least once (sometimes twice) a month. I have been going to them ever since they've opened up shop and I tell everyone about them. Lisa, the owner, is great and I used to only feel comfortable having her tend to my eyebrows as I didn't think anyone would do as good of a job as her. One time when I went in Lisa wasn't there so I went with another girl. I am now confident having any of the girls there groom me - they ALL do a spectacular job! Besides everyone who works there, the next best thing (or equal) are their prices. I once paid $25 (I think) to have my eyebrows waxed at Nordstroms and they didn't even do that great of a job AND it took at least 30 minutes. At Eyebrows R Us, I'm in and out (although it sometimes is incredibly crowded); however, that just shows what a great place it is. My ONLY complaint is that it sometimes feels very disorganized in there (when it comes to the sign in sheet and who is going to see who). But that obviously isn't a big concern as I still go there and will continue to do so as my eyebrows have never looked better!

EYEBROWS R US is amazing! My eyebrows have never looked better. The staff and owners are very professional and courteous to everyone. They service is great and it never really takes that long even when they are busy. I am so glad to have run across them. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Thank god they r there. my eyebrows never looked better. those girls at rainbow n Russel are simply fabolous. have magic in their hands. cant stop looking at eyebrows...soo cute. highly recommend to try it once ..u will fall in love wid it. thank u kassy for doin awesome job wid my eyebrow. Keep it UP.
