As a chef I was excited to go here based soley on the reviews I read. To say I was unimpressed is an understatement. I went with a open mind and 20 years of kitchen experiance yet was taken aback by how filthy the open kitchen was. No Sushi case for the fish whatsoever meaning they consistantly hold at the wrong temp. I also observed the dirty cooks wiping there hand on they're chef coats and scratching they're face before touching raw fish! I ate my Tempura of no flavor for fear the sashimi would make me sick!. Once again people associate ambiance with good food! Not the case here............Just bad food served by a pretty staff that does not care as long as they keep getting money. What a shame because I was looking forward to good sushi....
