My husband and I went there on our anniversary. We wanted great food, romantic setting and a memorable experience. And they did not disappoint. This is exactly what we got. We really enjoyed the whole experience/process from beginning to end. Our waitress was very good, very attentive. She knew the moment we needed something. You can tell, they are highly trained. I recommend to plan for a long meal because the whole dining experience is a process. You must have enough time to throughly enjoy it and don't forget to save room for Dessert!!!
Pros: Great food, Great Service
Cons: Can't think of any

I always like to go to the MP for a special occassion...bday, anniversary, etc. It is a very fun experience and the selection of food is always fantastic. The chocolate fondue is always my favorite. Sometimes we will come in just for dessert! If you have never experienced fondue cooking, you have to try this place.

What ever happened to the sterno that sat under the fondue pot?.....never mind, this company has an outstanding method of presenting, cooking, serving their fondues. Wonderful variety...from beginning to end (always save room for the chocolate fondue)...the waitstaff is exceptionally well trained, they guide you through each part of the meal, also with excellent suggestions. Having eaten at many superb restaurants that feature fondues (Artisinal in NYC being the best in the country), I would make one very strong suggestion to the ownership.....your breads that are used for dunking were very poor. The size of the pieces were miniscule compared to what should be used. Also, you need more flavor in your breads....Artisinal has a walnut bread that is heavenly when combined with a flavorful cheese fondue. If you could fix the "bread issue"....then you would get that 5th star.
Pros: Quality of service, method of cooking, variety
Cons: Very poor quality of bread for the cheese fondue

Every now and then, we will get a sitter and spend a few hours here. It's relaxing, quiet and cozy. The food is wonderful, and we've never had a problem with the service. If you've never been, no worries about not "knowing" what to do. The staff help you out. I think it's worth the two-three hours the meal takes. It's a nice way to spend an evening!

take an extra few minutes and drive to the one in summerlin! I am actually a server and have walked out before even getting my main course. That's sad. I've been to this one 4 times and the best service i had was when we sat at the bar.......I know it sounds stupid to keep going back, but it is pretty close to me and I LOVE the one in summerlin so I was hoping this one would improve, but NO. I've actually had better service in retaurants on the strip...... and they usually half a** everything because they're getting paid twice as much per hour......... Anyways..... the food is good, although they did have a C rating at one point a few months ago. yuck.... it's ok as long as you don't mind getting ignored by your server.
Pros: good food
Cons: bad service
