I've had Greek food all over the US.. and I have never described stuffed grape leaves as "Luscious"... until OPA!! Seriously, I have dreams about the stuffed grape leaves at Opa! The roasted lamb melts in your mouth! The staff is very professional - very professional and knowledgeable waiters. If you are ever confused by the menu.. do not hesitate to go with the waiter’s recommendation. The dinning room is like you stepped into "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" ...which I love... and keeps this exceptional restaurant "real". You must order the Greek Platter... it's heaven on a plate! Don't miss the live Greek music and belly dancing. The music makes you want to dance, and the belly dancing is ALWAYS classy and talented - so much so, that we had no problem letting our 4yr. old daughter dance on stage when invited that evening by the sweet young lady performing. I've thrown a couple of dinner parties.. and had OPA cater. Their catering is exceptional as well. You can even order for a larger party and pick it up yourself. Mercedes and Andreas will always help you, and make you feel like family. OPA is a local jewel in this city of chain restaurants. Better food, friendlier service, and warm welcoming atmosphere; you will not find anywhere else in the city. Be sure to say "Hello" to Andreas and Mercedes from Amy and James. Above all, eat, drink, dance, and say "OPA!" as much as you can!

Pros: Everything!

Cons: The food is addictive!

Crappie service, dark, unpleasant atmosphere, unfriendly, slow waiters; food B-; one of my work dining experience; call's a restaurant, but not even a fast food quality.

Dining at OPA was quite an unexpected delight on a Saturday evening arriving at 8:45PM. We were greeted with cordial hospitality and quickly led to our table close to the "entertainment" floor where a belly dancer was performing. We began our culinary adventure with tzatiziki (yogurt-cucumber spread) and grilled octopus. Be adventureous and try it..what a delightful mouthfull of flavor..not tough and chewy. Instead, it melted in my mouth. Difficult to choose from the wide variety of authentic greek cuisine, we finally chose the combination plate of dolmades (grape leave stuffed with ground beef and rice, lamb, mousaka (an eggplant/potato "lasagne", meatballs and veggies. Of course we had to end our dining experience with baklava, a don't miss dessert of philo filled with nuts and sweetened with honey! During our dining we were entertained by a two-man band who were absolutely amazing. The only instruments played, the bouzouki, similar to a mandolin, and an electric piano which can emulate many insturments sounded like a large band. Then the singers. Again a delightful surprise. Although we could not understand the Greek words, we could understand the meaning of "love." What a wonderful evening! Thanks OPA

Pros: Hospitality, entertainment and food.

Cons: Absolutly none!
