I was looking for a special ring for my Wife for our 25th anniversary. I had visited several Jewelers in town when a friend told me about this great little (it wasn't so little) jewlery store on West Sahara. It was quite a drive from Henderson but boy was it worth it.I will tell you why. I had a diamond ring that my Grandmother hadleft me but the design was dated so i wound up taking it to Morgan Taylor Jewelers and worked with the owner named Dan. What a nice and knowledgeable Guy ! He took his time and when he was done we had a fantastic design for my wife's new ring. He had a very nice Manufacturing jeweler in store and was able to build and complete the ring in less than a week. The attention to detail and the care and respect he showed for my Grandmothers ring transforming into this new Heirloom for our family was nothing short of spectacular. I am going to tell everyone about Dan that i can. When i am treated well i go out of my way to let people know. After all a friend reccomended Morgan Taylor Jewlers in the first place. Now i know why.
Pros: Nice new clean Store, Very nice people, Knowledgeable Staff, Wonderful selection,On site Jeweler
Cons: Not in my neigborhood (but way worth the drive)

I had heard about Dan Gold but never bought anything from him. So I run across a used diamond and contacted him via his email contact on his web page. I described the diamond and cost, fully expecting the usual "come on in" spiel. Instead, he replied with, "That's a great deal if the GIS certification is for "that" diamond." How refreshing to get an honest answer. You can bet I know where I'm buying my jewelry from now on. I'll even pay a little more if I have to but I have a feeling I'll be getting a great deal anyway. Cheap jewelers are a dime a dozen. You usually get what you pay for and many times less than that! But finding an honest friend in the business is invaluable. Like finding an honest attorney or car mechanic. :D

You'll not find a more honest and helpful jeweler. They aim to please and their prices are the best! Not a large impersonal chain but a hometown jeweler who cares about reputation and quality.
