Tasty!!

I stopped by Gelato Cafe on my lunch break last week. It was a very hot day out and I was hoping I would get a nice refreshing treat. And I did!! The gelato here is made fresh and it is very flavorful. If your not in the mood for filling and fattening ice cream, you have to try this place!!! Great customer service too!!!

Best Gelato I have ever had!!!!!

I visited Italy this year with the family and we tried Gelato everywhere and it did not compare to the Gelato Cafe. What a difference. I go to the one on Desert Inn because it is closer to my home and office. My husband is diabetic and the owner has developed a "sugar free" version and I must say it is great, as well. There is a new location in the District II for any of you Gelato lovers in the Southeast. Try it and I know you won't be disappointed.

• Pros: The taste, the service and the ambience
• Cons: The cost compared to ice cream, but it is worth it.
