Cay Clubs in Major Litigation

Cay Clubs has generally disintegrated across the country and homeowners are the ones left holding the bag. Not only are the association fees exhorbitant - over $400 per unit per month - but unless you have your unit in the rental pool you are not allowed to use any of the common facilities like the pool and clubhouse. Turns out the common amenities are NOT owned by the homeowner's association but by a separate entity. Right now you can pick up a unit REALLY cheap, but buyer beware.
