DON'T BUY w/ STORYBOOK WORST EXPERIENCE !!!

Don't be trapped with their "small company, but great customer service" sales pitch!! They pass the blame, takes several calls to fix their mistakes and they make you call their venders, don't take responsibility for their obvious errors and do nothing to make things right with their customers. They deliberately stalled closing date by a week to sit on our money for their benefit, and they ordered all the wrong options. Takes weeks to get your appliances. Too small of a company to realize how to make buying a home smooth. If you want plenty of stress buying a home, buy from Storybook!! We are not first time buyers of new homes, and have experience in all facets of home buying and customer service with new homes.
