hubris and unprofessional

The staff is just plan terrible and the manager doesn't seem to want to be involved. I think the prices should reflect top notch talent and this place just doesn't have it. I have great hair which I like to wear with a natural looking color and rather plan cut and my mantra is I DO NOT WANT TO BE A BLOND. I walked out of there in a bowl cut that belonged on a fat suburban mom in Capri and kids with a bad bra. My hair is still not the same after being dried out beyond recognition and the only way to fix it is to cut it off as I ended up A BLOND! I would rate this place as equal to mall hair salon in Nebraska, not a high end salon and top resort.

Best Spa Experience Ever

I was given a spa day for Valentines by my husband at The Spa at Red Rock. WOW - I have been to many of the top spas in NY and CA and all over the USA. This experience was by far the best ever. From the friendly and knowledgeable staff to the fab spa treatments. This is a gem that everyone needs to experience. You often, in busy spas, feel like a number - NOT at Red Rock. Station Casino's really knows how to treat their guests. Thanking you. I will be back many times..

BEST SPA IN LAS VEGAS !!!!!

This is by far the BEST SPA OF LAS VEGAS!!!!! The staff is amazing the atmosphere is incredible. I don't know what that other guy was talking about because I have been there many times and have purchased gift certificates and have never had a problem. You can even buy gift certificates on their website and have them emailed to someone. Everyone there is always professional and friendly. I always get the most amazing massage and I always try someone new. They even offer a 20% discount to locals. Can't wait to go back.

Horrible Customer Service

I purchased gift cards for my wife and mother only to find they charged me again for an additional massage. They were then unwilling to credit me back after spending over $500 on their massages. I'll never give them my business again. Besides being extremely expensive, the staff are totally unreasonable. I highly recommend avoiding this establishment.
