Positive Experience with Washington Mutual Bank

My family has been doing business with Washington Mutual for a few years. I opened accounts two years ago with a New York City branch. I have had only positive experiences with employees of this bank. They are helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. They offer guidance with investments. The only problem I have with this bank is with written material. Deposit/Withdrawel information, bank statements, ATM info. are all different and hard to understand, as well as internet banking information. However, interest rates with this bank are higher than other banks in the New York City area. I will continue to do business with WAMU when I relocate to Nevada shortly.

• Pros: Excellent service, knowledgeable and courteous employees.
• Cons: Somewhat difficult to decipher deposit and withdrawel slips and online banking information.
