Overpriced Joke
by Genghis Cohen
Ok this place does serve authentic italian Pizza however authentic for 1945 when food was scarce and you were lucky if you got one meal a day. The last review is extremely accurate, it is basically flatbread with sparcely scattered toppings of which there is very little. For example we ordered a margerita pizza that was cut into 4 pieces all 3.75346 basil leaves were on one of the 4 quarters, feeling like a culinary indiana jones I ordered the special Pizza for the day whihc was a bruschetta Pizza, the waitress told me she would bring me the menu which I informed her was pointless as it was not on the menu and I had already told her what I wanted. She brought the menu anyway and I told her I wanted the special bruschetta Pizza, she then said she would see if they had a special for the day, I told her she might want to look at the large blackboard above the kitchen advertising it. Much to everyones surprise and particularly the waitresses they did in fact have a Bruschetta special Pizza for the day. Apparently the owners of this establishment are trying to save pigs as the pizza was meant to have pancetta on it, well there was i quarter size piece of pancetta on each of the four slices of the 12 inch Pizza. I would call that a brief introduction of Panchetta but not an ingredient they might as well have listed oxygen as an ingredient too as there was just as much of that in the Pizza. Lets just say this overpriced farce is best avoided at all costs.
- Pros: the diet coke is good
- Cons: everything except the diet coke
Horrible experience
by stevescott
This place is tiny, hot and the servers don't know the menu.
It's way overpriced for a glorified flour tortilla with a trace of toppings.
Then on top of it, they burnt it into a cracker. Their response? Sorry, that's how they come out.
I've been to Pizza da Michele in Napoli - that's NOT the way they come out.
You're much better off going to Metro Pizza (especially during their lunch 1/2 price special - you'll take food home) or Villa Pizza next to the Henderson Cinedome on Boulder Hwy and Greenway. The guy's from Sicily and will sit and talk with you about Italy - an authentic family operation.
- Pros: some ingredients
- Cons: many - see details
best pizza in town
by Jordonna
Ever since I stumbled across this place, I cannot go anywhere else for pizza. The simple, seemingly authentic approach is exactly what I would expect to find in Italy.
Thank you for coming to Las Vegas!!!
- Pros: authenticity, great charcuterie
- Cons: small wine list
Authentic Italian Pizza!!
by downtownsteve
WoW! Stunning pizza. This is the real Italian deal. This place uses quality, and I mean quality, ingredients. It shows in every bite. True genius! Yummy! Delectable! The crust.... perfection. They should come seek their fortune in redeveloping Downtown Las Vegas, the current location is brutal, but worth seeking out.
- Pros: Exceptional quality
- Cons: located on the edge of nowhere
Italian Pizza in this town?
by Ejdease
Everyone has mentioned Grimaldi's and I will say that is also awesome pizza. Grimaldi's is the best "NY" Italian/American pizza in Vegas that I have eaten...but Settebello's is the best "Italian" pizza in Vegas. I've been to Naples and never tasted any pizza quite as good....Settebello's is the closest to Naples that I have found. Eat up! Mangia!
Best Pizza in the West!
by Paolopoli
I'm from Italy but live near San Francisco. I used to only get great pizza when I was in Italy because we don't have great pizza in the SF bay area. Then to my delight and astonishment I found Settebello on a visit to Salt Lake City. And since knowing that there is one in Henderson, I make sure that I visit every time I'm in Las Vegas. It seems crazy to drive from the strip to Henderson to eat a pizza, but it's worth it. Please open one in Walnut Creek CA. Eat it as hot as you can stand, don't take it home.
- Pros: They sure are!
- Cons: Location

Best pizza in Las Vegas!
by cloclo71
As a native Italian that recently moved to Las Vegas from the East Coast, one of the first challenges I had was to find a great pizza that was comparable to the few real Italian pizzerie available in NYC. A good friend of mine took me to Grimaldi's few weeks ago and I liked the pizza, but once I tried Settebello there was no comparaison. Settebello pizza is ITALIAN and not Italian-American. I found in it the flavors that I left few years ago back in the South of Itay. I definitely recommend the Margherita where the full flavors of the mozzarella and the tomato sauce come alive. The tomato sauce for once, has not been cooked with dried herbs (a mistake that a lot of pizzerie make, making the sauce bitter). Any fresh herb, oregano or basil, is added on the top of the pizza (and not in the sauce). I wish all pizza makers could read this!
Anyhow, I will go back to Henderson at least once a week (I live 40 minutes away) as I'm now addicted to their pizza, and I will convert my friends as well. The place is also kids friendly, they have a special deal for children that includes drinks, a small pizza and their delicious ice cream. I just wish they would open in Summerlin!
- Pros: Delicious pizza and ice cream.
- Cons: I wish they would open in Summerlin also.
My new permanent pizza home!

Wow, I cannot believe that anyone would compare this pizza to Grimaldi's and choose Grimaldi's. I grew up in the NE eating good NY pizza and must admit I started eating at Settebello's just to hold my over until I could get my NY pie fix. Now that Grimaldi's has opened I am thinking that Settebello has spoiled me and I can't go back (I have tried Grimaldi's twice now). I cannot eat any other pizza without uttering the words "We should have gone to Settebello". My only problem is what is with that location? I still make it up there about two or three times a month, but I think it would be a weekly stop if it were just more convenient. It is usually pretty busy when I am there, but not enough to warrent reservations or anything. I would love to see how busy this place would be in a good location.
- Pros: Perfect pizza, Great looking servers,
- Cons: Awful location
