my husband, Miguel, had to return to Mexico because he entered illegally, John Carrico prepared a hardship waiver and he was able to return to the US within 3 weeks. He recieved his green card in the mail 20 days later. I highly recommend him as an attorney Marie

I hired Mr. Carrico the beginning of January 2008. I am a citizen of the United States and married my husband, Mattthew from Europe. I read some of the negative reviews on Mr. Carrico's office. I do not find this to br true. Our petition to get my husbands green card was prepared within two weeks from when we hired him to do the work. My husband had overstayed his visa and Mr. Carrico walked us through what to say and bring at the marraige interview. We now have his green card and plan to remain with Mr. Carrico until he has his citizenship papers. We were referred by another client who had some past wervice problems but we had no problems at all. I recommend Mr. Carrico to anyone needing an immigration Lawyer. Olivia

John Carrico refuses to return my calls. I have given him 1200 dollars to prepare my immigration paperwork and every time I call to get a refund I get transferred to this guy Fred who refuses to take my calls. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS GUY!

I liked the way they helped me get my paperwork filed on time and with no hassles. And they were easy to work with during the conferences between me and the attorney.

Good law firm with help for people who want help in answering immigration questions and getting paper work approved. I llike the folks in the office who go out of their way to solve problems The attorney gets back to me when I need his advice

I found the website full of good information. The staff helped me during the whole process and the attorney was easy to work with and had lots of experience in helping me get my citizenship. His help at the interview with the government official made the difference in getting my citizenship approved. I'm glad I met Mr. Carrico

My husband and I retained Mr. Carrico for my husbands very complex immigration case. We met once with the lawyer gave him a tons load of money and never saw him again! its impossible to speak with him, all you get is his answering service who just gives you the run around, never to get a straight answer. I dont reccomend Carrico for any one to use. ther is no communication betwen him and his clients and nothing gets done. He sux, dont waste your time onhim or his "paralegals" HAHAHA By the way its a minus star

Please do not use these people for services, once you become a client - they dont return phone calls and everything you ask is charged - you need prep before the interview - you will be charged, the attorney comes with you - you will be charged - even if the paralegal attorney whatever the person coming with you, doesnt say a word on your behalf. They are just in it for the money and no customer service absolutely. If you are down or depressed that they've been taking extra money from your account - all they will say is "no use putting a sad face, i cant do anything, what is charged is done." This is after they give you a statement saying everything is paid. (to get a statement you might have to call abt 6 times) If you are rich enough to go for a law suit, its good. but for people who live pay check to pay check - its a bad decision using them for your needs. Another finance charge today after paying everything and saying your paid in full. Do not give credit card numbers to these people.

Okay the website looks professional. and u can actually chat with an operator which is cool. i got hooked to one really fast (but that was on Saturday so maybe its harder to chat with one during the weekday) the phone experience was horrible. I requested to talk to an attorney and willing to pay for the time. I also requested to take an appointment because i feel comfortable in person. some trainer or paralegal answers the phone, doesnt allow u to set an appointment because ur answers to his questions do not meet the minimum for an appointment, so he tells you sorry we cant do anything for you at the moment. hello??? thats why i wanna speak to a lawyer??? got so frustrated because the same thing happened when used the chatting. the operator after asking couple of questions refused to help because there is nothing they can do!!! for god's sake i need a lawyer not a freakn operator or a paralegal. I question their advertisement that they can talk to anyone with any case.

I originally from the Africa and came here a few years back on asylum status. There was big problem with this, and they want to not let me stay. I have no home beside America and my wife say to get John Carrico. He take my case, let me make payments and go to court for me. Talented man, his staff is very great and smart, they help a lot and I am now legally here completely with my wife! Thank you so much!
