Forget the 299 bottle of sake I got, or the fresh Oh TORO, the true fatty under part of tuna only certain restaurants serve (the wannabes serve the side of tuna and call it toro), or the robataki scallops or sea bass. Forget the 3rd round of Oh Toro we got, or the roll...that's not on the menu...spicey tuna with fried shrimp...GET THE FREE RANGE CHICKEN. To put this into better perspective, this was the 4th night I was there and wanted to try something different. Let's just say I ended up getting the free range chicken TWICE. The tastiness...the shitake mushrooms, the tossed greens....make my mouth water as I type this. It will not dissapoint. I know as some of you are reading this...FREE RANGE CHICKEN...at a sushi place? Are you out of your mind?!?!?! If anyone does not enjoy the chicken, I will fly to Vegas and pay for your meal. I'm not Don Zimmer, but I guarantee it.
Pros: Free Range chicken. Some renowned DJ siting with hot babes sitting next to us.
Cons: 1200.00 bill. Almost pretentious, but worth it. Make reservations. Tell them it's your anniversary and you get the happy finish service

I went there with 4 friends. We had gone there late, and they were not even an hour from closing, but allowed us to sit at the sushi bar. From the instant we got there the service was beyond great. Whenever something was needed, like water, another drink, more soya sauce, they were there to accomadate our every need instantly. The food there was absolutely fantastic as well. I had never tried such great salmon sashimi in my life. Their sake was also very smooth and very nice. I would definitely reccommend this restraunt as the ambience is just right and the food is superb!
Pros: Service, food, ambience, waterfall view.
Cons: A little pricey, but still worth it.

So it seems each time we go the good gets better. We ate there on Thursday and then again on Saturday with a huge party. The Lobster Roll is great and they have plenty of options for those that don't like traditional rolls
Pros: Great atmosphere, Great service and delicious foods
Cons: None

My husband and I have ate here twice now, once at the sushi bar, another at a table rigth next to the window with a beautiful waterfall view (had to reserve that location). Both times the food was great and the service exceptional. They even assisted my husband surprising me with a ring by placing it in an orchid on top of our sashimi platter. I would certainly recommend the dining room experience over the sushi bar, it is far more romantic and intimate, although in both areas, the manager on duty made sure to stop by and ask if everything was to our liking. Either that, or he saw me lifting the little glass rocks they set your table with as chopstick holders- ha ha. Free advertising for Okada. Anyhow, a spectacular time. We love sushi, and we love to try new places. This was beautiful and not an outrageous pricetag for the food itself.
Pros: Everything. Great food at a good price.
Cons: None

We (table for 3) made reservations based on our friend's suggestion- she's a local. It turned out to be a great value; we got quite a lot of food and alcohol for the price of the final bill. The food was incredibly fresh (seafood and meat), just enough "experimental" to be unique, yet not "foofie," and the service was outstanding. They were very accomodating to dietary restrictions as well. I'd go back again and again. Call for reservations, though!
Pros: Service, Fresh Food, Ambiance

Gorgeous food at Okada, where I've eaten 4 times so far. Everything has been delicious, and very authentic, based on my 5 years in Tokyo. The robatayaki is great - the grilled rice ball [onigiri] completely takes me back! It is possible to go in for these 'small plate' grilled things as a light meal and not spend a complete fortune. The meal's worth it though, if you do. Bar on Fri/Sat night a scene of beautiful people.
Pros: Free valet at Wynn!, Waterfall views, Good cocktails
Cons: Need reservs, Staff not bilingual

The restaurant was booked so we sat at the sushi bar for dinner. the sushi was fresh and the appetizers were delicious! Everything we had was great. Try the Okada roll with lobster. Yummy! The ambience is also nice - it overlooks the the waterfalls and the bar had a great selection of sake.
Pros: Fresh sushi, Friendly staff, Bar Selection

I have not yet had the pleasure of visiting this restuarant but if Chef Takashi's cuisine is anything like it was when he was at Tribute, it will be amazing.
