Elegance and Ambience

The Las Vegas Chapter of the Commanderie de Bordeaux enjoyed a group dinner at Alex in December. What an amazing restaurant. They catered to our special group needs, served all courses at the proper temperature, on time, and with flair. The somm, and wait staff were perfect. Chef Alex created and prepared a special multicourse menu specifically to pair to our preferred wines, and each dish was an artistic and culinary triumph. We are coming back! Often!
