Audra is Wonderful

Audra does a great job cutting my hair. She is professional and my hair stays in place with a minimum of gel. I get a lot of compliments!

Also as a guy I like to book my appointment at the last minute. By using Hypnotic's web-based scheduler I can make an appointment to fit my free time easily.

I love this salon

Tony is by far the best stylist I have ever been to. I love the Paul Mitchell products. I always leave feeling great. The other staff members are great as well. Very friendly and helpful.

• Pros: Tony is very talented. Great service every time.
• Cons: A little pricey compared with other places, but worth it.

great haircut-a bit pricey and expensive

My stylist Enjoly was awesome. She listened and my hair came out how expected. In my opinion it's a bit pricey. I am guessing you are buying the name of Paul Mitchell. The major issue was that I was charged an extra $20.00 not informed about when booking the service than expected because my hair is passed shoulder length. A trim at my bra line is the same trim as just below the shoulder in my opinion. I would be a repeat customer but $80 for a trim/shaping up bangs is a bit excessive for myself. If you going to go ask the total before you start just so you are prepared because it looks like others have been in the same boat.

Disappointed

I felt like the stylist did not listen to what I wanted and did just the opposite! I am generally not hard to please at all, but this stylist was not personable or friendly and I felt like I was a bother to even be there. I felt very disappointed because I had chosen this salon based on the excellent ratings I read online. Perhaps other stylists are better but it really made me not want to go back. Audra was my stylist.

• Pros: got an appt right away, handy location
• Cons: did not get what I asked for and stylist was not friendly

Pricey!!!! Misrep

I made an appt. to see SARA she was fab!!!! but when making my appt. online i signed up for the $130 special color allover and a cut. Ok so she colored my hair great trimmed my hair ok. so when it was time to pay the owner says $180, i proceed to tell her that i signed up for the $130 special she said she charged extra for my long hair sara had to use more hair dye. i asked myself how much does an additional 3 oz of hair dye cost (an eye out of my face) this is totally unacceptable i do not think the job that got done was worth $180. i think it was cool for $130 but not for the amount i paid whatever im never going back. The owners totally charged me more for no reason. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Go to Tony

I originally went to Hypnotic a little over a year ago and got a great cut and color, but the same stylist failed to show up to a blow-out appointment I made right before my trip to Hawaii. Management had another stylist there shampoo and blow-out my hair for free because of it, and he doesn't work there anymore. I have since gone to Tony :) He is an extremely skilled stylist, and thinned out my hair beautifully. I'd never had it done before, but I'm glad I had Tony do it when I finally did. I've already made another appointment to get color and low lights, and I'm sure it will look great. I recommend this place, especially if you live anywhere near Summerlin.

• Pros: Always able to get in, great results
• Cons: Far away, but worth it

I am from out of state and went to Hypnotic today as it was close to where I was staying, and I am extremely happy I did. My stylist was Audra, and she gave me the best haircut I have had in many years. I am completely tickled pink with it and feel a million times better. I can't believe this is my hair - it looks that much better. She's also very sweet. From now on I'll save my haircuts for when I'm in Las Vegas. I have long hair and it was $65, which I thought was very reasonable and I actually think I'd paid twice as much for as nice as my hair looks. Thank you Audra! :)

Exceptional service at a resonable price

I first called hypnotic to get prices and availability and was not ready to book the appointment just yet. They gave we their web info and told me I could go online anytime and book an appointment and get their specials. I was in just a couple days ago and my stylist Aubra gave me a great color and cut. the whole service was 135 dollars including the tip. Everyone was very pleasant which made the experience a delight.

Great Salon

I decided to try this salon after reading the reviews. I called and was able to get an appointment right away. My stylist was Jamison. He listened to what I was looking for in color/style/cut, and discussed the options with me. He did a great job, and I am happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this salon.
