WoW, This place is good!
by SpaceBug
My husband had a $12 Burger that was delish with a fresh spring salad that he surprising enjoyed. I was a little more adventurous, I had the $45 stimulus special (no joke) The yummiest flaky rolls, Sautéed French onion soup, Filet minion medallions, mashed potatoes, Cinnamon sugar donut holes with dunking sauces. It was the best meal I had all year, and the extra perks, I dropped my fork and the bus boy ran over with a new fork instantly, when we were finished, the second we set our napkins on the table the bus boy brought our bill. This was big for me, I hate sitting and waiting for the bill, I want to leave as soon as I’m done eating. Constant refills on tea, the second I had my last sip of beer I was offered another. They were very attentive, and are plates were clean as bone when left. A+++
- Pros: We cleaned our plates
- Cons: high priced wines and beers
LOVE BOA!
by cdenny53179
We went to BOA during our honeymoon. We started out the evening by talking to one of the chef's of the evening who made some excellent recommendations. Followed by a visit from Sherman who recommended some things from Sushi Roku's menu since we told our waiter we were big sushi fans. Sherman was extremely helpful and personable, as was everyone we dealt with. Next Brian, the manager of the evening, came over to recommend a Scotch for my husband and let him try a couple to help him make a decision. The food was beyond our expectations on all fronts from the sushi starters to the delightful dessert. We had the Cesaer salad, John Dory, the bone-in filet, chipotle dusted corn, lobster mashed potatoes, and banana cake for dessert.
- Pros: the food, the service
- Cons: the location
Walked out before even dining
by yar444
Too many other great restaurants in Vegas to be bothered with this pompous and condescending place no matter how their food is. Reservations mean nothing at BOA even if you make them a month in advance and confirm. The staff and manager there seem to forget the premise that you are the customer and paying for this experience, rather they give you the impression they are doing you a favor to allow you to dine with them. If you want to go to BOA to be seen and are willing to accept attitude and substandard service this may be your place but I walked out even before entering after the rudeness we experienced from the hostess and manager. What a waste of prime space in the Forum Shops area !!
Favorite Steakhouse!
by vegasmartini15
BOA Steakhouse is my favorite restaurant, that and Delmonico Steakhouse, and is absolutely wonderful! If you want a $5.99 all-you-can-eat buffet, this is not the place for you. If you're looking for an upscale, classy, elegant dining experience, head here. The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. Some may consider it pricy, but I consider it money well sent. We enjoyed it so much, we plan on returning everytime we visit Vegas. We had soup and salad, steak, lobster, and every sides (shared),. and dessert. We also had martinis and a bottle of wine. Plan to stay a few hours to really enjoy the whole experience!
- Pros: Truly fine dining
- Cons: none
please dont go here

We had the worst experience here. This place is an imposter. Trying so hard to be hip, and falling flat on it's face. The food is mediocre at best, and the service staff is unorganized and sans ettiquette. They all huddled around the service stations and talked too loudly right by our table. The wore no smiles, and were not graceful in the dining room. It was like watching monkeys try to wait tables. The food is the biggest culprit in this subterfuge of a restaurant. The plates looked sloppy, and the sides were just plain not good. Ive never had such poorly cooked asparagus, it was burnt and limp. The cocktails are a big scam too. They were like 14 bucks and they all were way too sweet and unbalanced in flavor. Their signature cocktail; BOA fusion, tasted like brown sugar and too much rum. It was actually kinda gross. About the service: Our waiter was high faluting, and pushy. He tried the hard sell on us for the wine, and got snobby when we declined. Once he took our order we didnt see him again until he brought the check. His assistant did all the work, and the assistant was very unpersonable. He said nothing to us. Save your money and go to another place. Save yourself the hassle. This place is bad.

Excellent customer service

Having dinner at Boa steakhouse was an excellent experience. I had the petite filet mignon and my husband had the rib eye. Both were very very good and cooked exactly to order. You can get steaks with a rub or sauce or your choice. What we liked was that even though they were some fancy dishes on the menu, they also had the simple steakhouse items like fries, mashed potatoes, grilled veggies, etc. which suited our tastes better. The waiter provided excellent service and once he found out that we had just gotten married that day, he offered to take a picture and the restaurant even gave us free dessert. The manager Eric was also especially pleasant and attentive making sure we were enjoying ourselves. On top of the great food and service, they really made us feel special on our special day.
stop! it's no good!

Came here once in March of '05. It was really good. My most recent visit was like going to a totally different restaurant. Our waiter "Grant" was completely unfriendly and regarded us as if he had sized us up as a table not worth his complete attention. The food was nothing even resembling what we had the first time. They must have changed chefs or maybe downgraded the quality of ingredients or something. The steaks were prepared fine, but the prices were higher. The Caesar salad was horrible. Truly an affront to good taste. Unbalanced in flavor and kinda gritty. Prepared tableside by our waiter who might as well have been a wet mop, he barely said anything to us as he rushed through the salad preparation. The side dishes were all out of whack. Asparagus: Overcooked. Mushrooms: Undercooked Mashed Potatoes: Flavorless.
The cocktails were good, and the wine list is impressive but, big deal. There are a lot of great bars in Las Vegas. Dessert was way below average. I heard so much about the donut holes, and they come out burnt. Literally burnt. They tried to hide it with the cinammon sugar they toss them in. Deplorable. The creme brulee was average at best. Ours even had a soggy patch on top. This is not cool. When we told our server about it, he said with a completely insincere smile "I'm so sorry about that." Of course nothing was done about it. It was really a disappointing experience. I will never go back, or reccomend this place to my friends, or accept an invitation to this place. In fact I will try to talk anyone out of going there if I get the chance.

Best Steak!!
by ACMilan21
The decor is amazing and the service was exceptional! We asked our waiter questions about the new development on the strip and he was attentive to get them all answered. This place is extremely expensive but well worth it if you want to splurge. The Boa Infusion martini is the best martini I've ever had! The only negative thing I would say is I did find a couple shells in my crab salad.
- Pros: Exceptional Service, Amazing Food, Ambience
