I appreciate your comment and would have to agree with you. However, one must have experienced our customer service and a massage, facial or body treatment before casting a comment. Wether it be good or bad, that is the only way I can respond to your comment. If you would like to bring some thing to my attention, please call the spa and ask for Thomas.
