We were in Las Vegas over the past week and a half and ate at Margaritaville twice. The first time, we were seated within 10 minutes and had a fabulous meal and great service. The second visit, we had to wait almost 40 minutes for a table... another couple apparently sick of waiting even tried to steal our reservation by claiming it was their name that was called (fortunately we were right there to prevent it). The service this time was marginal at best, as our server took our order but we didn't get our food until almost 45 minutes after we were seated (nothing difficult, a cheeseburger and nachos). People seated after us were being served and/or paying their tab to leave prior to our meal arriving. The music was deafeningly LOUD and painful for the ears. We visit Vegas frequently, and I'm not sure we will be back to Margaritaville.
Pros: Good food
Cons: VERY loud, poor service
